The UX Designer must have a strong ability to understand the customer/user, problem solve, and provide metrics on the user interface. The individual must have an understanding UX/UI trends, design and front end web development. This person will be responsible for relentlessly seeking and advocating for the best possible customer experience and work on a fast-paced and creative team of project managers, developers, and designers. This position is located in Columbia, MD.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Help grow the Tenable web presence and optimize the customer journey\n\n* Design and develop new landing pages and views for our public website along with building campaigns for target market segments\n\n* Develop and optimize HTML emails for marketing and customers\n\n* Collaborate with other departments across multiple time zones\n\n* Make decisions and iterate quickly based on feedback from analytics, user testing, A/B testing, and stakeholders\n\n* Attend kick-off meetings upon new projects as needed\n\n* Coordinating multiple projects with many moving parts spanning several touch points\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
