\nWe are looking for passionate coders to take our application to the next level. If you are interested in a place where you can use the latest tools, move fast and not spend your life in meetings iOffice is the place to be.\n\nOur upcoming projects include: next gen canvas based floor plan viewer, mobile apps using Ionic framework, WebSockets for real time notifications and application updates, 3D model rendering (using WebGL), HTML5 dashboards and reports, way finding and space analysis, and indoor location tracking using sensors and iBeacons.\n\nOur web application covers many different aspects and includes iPhone & Android mobile apps, visual floor plan management, maps/GIS and much more. We strive to create friendly and effective user experiences and make complicated things dead simple.\n\nOnce you get acclimated to our environment, product and team, the way we work is you choose the project that you want to take on, review your plan with our team and get the teammates you need and then start coding. We perform peer code reviews to make sure we are making quality code and that the approach is sound and scalable.\n\nAs any developer is happy to know, we don't watch the clock. We focus on the outcome of your work rather than the time you come in in the morning. \n\nWe know how important tools are, when you start with us we'll let you pick out the hardware you need and the software you like. Want a 15' Macbook Pro Retina? No prob. \n\nWe also contribute to the Open Source community, so we will want to be taking your creations and improvements and making them available to the community that we love so much. \n\nNOTE: This job is in Houston, but you can work remote from Austin and we will pay for co-working spaces (we're big fans of Vuka and make regular trips out there).\n\nDon't worry about your resume, we care more about your story and why you would be a good fit than your background so make an awesome cover letter. Things you've worked on, your github, twitter, blog whatever! \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
