\nConsolidated Court Automation Programs (CCAP) seeks qualified candidates for a full-time Business Process Analyst position. This unique position offers a wide range of duties, including: gathering and documenting user requirements, creating and executing test plans, providing direct end user phone support for custom and off-the-shelf software, on-site and remote software implementations, and software training. CCAP provides hardware and software, including custom web applications, for Wisconsin Court System staff, elected officials, and the public. Experienced individuals who enjoy developing and supporting cutting edge software in a team environment are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be self-motivated and have a commitment to providing high-quality systems and services to the Wisconsin Court System. Analysts may specialize in one or more of the core job functions based on abilities and aptitude.\n\nLOCATION: Madison, WI with some statewide overnight travel required.\n\nSALARY: Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES: The selected candidate will:\n\n\n* Perform software business analysis functions. Define user requirements, perform analysis and design, assist with development and review of system requirements, coordinate usability testing and create and execute test plans.\n\n* Provide call center support for all court system users. Provide solutions for custom and off-the-shelf software applications.
