\nWe're looking for folks who are smart, curious, and love building web apps. Most of our current team is pretty full-stack capable, so we don't have particular holes we're trying to fill. Rather, we need to expand our team so that we can deal with the challenge of constantly improving a site that already serves millions.\n\nWe believe in deploying code into production every day, a flat engineering team, rapid iteration, and an intense focus on user experience. We build most new features as standalone web services, and we open source them whenever we can. If that's intriguing to you, drop us a line.\n\nThe Tools We Use\n\nYou absolutely do not need experience with all of these, but we thought you might be curious.\n\n\n* Languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP (Symfony)\n\n* Datastores: MySQL, Redis and Elasticsearch\n\n* Server: Nginx, Tornado and flask for Python, Thin for Ruby, all riding on EC2/S3\n\n* Monitoring: Graphite/StatsD\n\n* Version control: Git\n\n* Obvious: HTML/CSS and lots of JavaScript. The latter uses React, Backbone, and jQuery when unavoidable.\n\n\n\n\nJob Perks\n\n\n* A competitive base salary and equity stake in a well-funded growth stage company\n\n* A culture where the product is king\n\n* A monthly budget to spend on tickets to live events\n\n* A laid-back, fun workplace with an endless supply of snacks/coffee/beer, frequent team lunches, and social jaunts organized by Eric Waller, our official Social Chair\n\n* The opportunity to write code that is used outside of SeatGeek, e.g. we've opensourced our a/b testing framework, Sixpack, our Redis-backed autocompleting service, Soulmate, and our Python string matching library, FuzzyWuzzy\n\n* A superb benefits package, including full health/dental/vision\n\n* Hackathons: scheduled times when everyone drops what they’re doing and builds cool stuff in small groups\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Engineer, Web Developer, PHP, Python and jQuery jobs that are similar:\n\n
