\nThe opportunity\n\nThis is a job where you will be challenged on a daily basis. You are encouraged to bring your own ideas with you and to think outside the box. You will be responsible for the quality of the software and making sure it runs properly. You will be working on the technical analysis, documentation and maintenance of any errors found.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\n\n* You have an apprenticeship or degree in information technology or a related subject and a minimum of 1 year work experience, ideally in incident management\n\n* Quality matters to you and you enjoy using your creativity and analytical skills to contribute to the improvement of the products\n\n* Excellent organisational skills with a results-oriented approach to what you do\n\n* You have experience of working with relational databases\n\n* You have no problems communicating in either English or German\n\n\n\n\nYour responsibilities\n\n\n* You are responsible for error analysis, the documentation process, as well as following up on the error report\n\n* Together with our technical specialists you are responsible for analysing any errors found and monitoring them until they are fixed.
