\nAs an IoT Solutions Engineer, your job will be mostly focused on writing and supporting adapters and connectors in Java using the GOFACTORY Java SKD, as well as utilizing your industry expertise to provide best practice advice, lead customer meetings, and work with the customer’s product and engineering teams. You will also be working directly with fleet telematics devices (Morey MC-3 and CalAmp LMU), while working with the GOFACTORY server and client team to manage feature requests and bug fixes to ensure prompt attention to issues. You will engage with GOFACTORY customer and partners which may require your presence at their office for two to three days a week, as well as over the phone or through webex / skype. \n\nThis position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills in order to meet deadlines. You must be a fluent communicator with both fellow team members and company clients. You must be able to apply your analytical skills to deftly troubleshoot and resolve development issues as they arise. You must be able to adapt to varied environments, projects and roles on teams. \n\nOur goal is to develop and foster a full stack skill set, where “full stack” means: Erlang, Java/J2EE, Javascript, Objective-C, Protocol Buffers, BLE Beacons, Fleet telematics hardware (Morey MC-3 and CalAmp LMU), Bluetooth, and all supported network attached devices and related protocols. You will be exposed to, and working with a variety of network-attached devices and sensors in several industrial settings.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n\n* Provide best practice advice, lead GOFACTORY customer/partner meetings, and work with the their product and engineering teams\n\n* Becoming an expert with using and implementing GOFACTORY solutions in a variety of ecosystems\n\n* Develop a general purpose adapters and connector that can be reused across a wide variety of customer environments\n\n* Working with the GOFACTORY server and client team to manage feature requests and bug fixes to ensure priority\n\n* Developing performance and load testing tools and system profiling\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
