\n* Provides leadership in developing strategic and tactical business objectives by providing guidance to management in the development of strategic plans that are linked to technical requirement plans. Responsible for developing, implementing and supporting both short-and long-term information technology plans (which includes the creation and administration of IT policies and procedures, and audit information system use for compliance and security while executing technology resource management).\n\n\n* Responsible for working closely with management and staff, to improve existing systems by reviewing users requests for changes, analyzing needs and budgets, and making recommendations for updates, replacements or enhancements\n\n\n* Consults with management and staff; supervises the development staff (leadership/coaching/mentoring concepts), including hiring and training; provide support to technical staff; and conduct feasibility studies for information technology projects. \n\n\n * Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.\n * Analyzes complex business needs presented by the product manager and recommends technical solutions based on level of priority and urgency. \n * Directs IT team in executing tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations.\n * Produces detailed timeline for each application release and implements effective project control by monitoring the progress of the software release and reporting the status.\n * Directs and prioritizes the work load of subordinate personnel.\n * Reviews all designs, code and unit test plans where applicable.\n * Approves all business requirements prior to the technical solution.\n * Participates on all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.\n * Represents the IT function at customer meets when appropriate.\n * Oversees implementation on automated DevOps tools and Git Repositories for technical staff.\n * Perform liaison duties between users, business, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting.\n \n\n* Performs salary administration and conducts interviews and makes recommendations for new hires, consultants and/or replacement personnel.\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\nBenefits currently include the technology you need to be successful, 8 paid holidays, paid time off, remote work, 401K with company match,\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
