You will be in charge of gathering all required information, understanding the nature of issues reported and proposing solutions. You will need to respond to current issues, answer tickets and use your technical knowledge in order to suggest the best approach. \nDevFactory is probably the worlds first software factory. They manage massive scale, yet provide great cost savings and high quality in their work. This is, by the way, the complete opposite of conventional software development, where scale often leads to quality issues, cost and time overruns. \n \nKey Responsibilities \n * \nLearn and become proficient in solving technical issues \n * \nBuild up the knowledge database \n * \nAnswer tickets \n * \nCreate new accounts for users \n * \nIn charge with the initial investigation of the issues \n * \nProactively document, monitor and update support tickets and actionable steps taken \n * \nCommunicate with customers via e-mail according to preset templates \n * \nStay up-to-date with all the latest technologies concerning the companys software products \n * \nParticipate in team meetings \n \n '
