With the help of a lot of tools that allow us to be efficient, we focus on improving our productivity everyday.\n\n## About this position\n\nAs we are growing in number of clients (and expect to duplicate or triplicate our team in the next months), we are looking for an experienced developer who could lead our current back-end and front-end team. \n\n## Responsibilities\n\n* Work as part of a Scrum/Agile based team environment to achieve sprint deliverables and acceptance criteria.\n* Learn new technologies and teach teammates.\n* Ability to lead projects from start to ship.\n* Set up and maintain development and production environments.\n* Foster test-driven development, intelligent software design techniques and clean and clear coding style.\n* Review code.\n\n## Requirements\n\n### Must have\n\n* Extensive experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.\n* Solid knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 and JavaScript.\n* Git lover.\n* Strong background with relational and non-relational databases.\n* Great sense of design, user experience and little details.\n* Very good English skills.\n* Love constant improvements and sharing your ideas.\n* Entrepreneurial spirit (we are entrepreneurs working for entrepreneurs).\n* Leadership skills.\n\n### Strong pluses\n\n* Experience in Modern JavaScript (Ember, Angular, React, etc.)\n* Experience in other modern languages and technologies too.\n* Amazon AWS (EC2, RDS, CloudFront, S3, etc).\n* Continuous Integration.\n* REST APIs.\n* Heroku.\n* Good Spanish skills.\n* Experience working with one application with significant customer traffic\n* Open source contributor.\n* Previous remote/frelance experience.\n\n## Benefits\n\n* Be one of the first member of this important mission.\n* Remote working.
