As the leader of the team responsible for delivering our website experience for Tiny, the makers of TinyMCE, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our online presence spanning our marketing and documentation sites. \n\nAs owner of our digital platforms, you will manage and mentor a team of web engineers and will collaborate with our SEO specialists and designers to deliver word-class experiences. In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for defining the direction and plans for all of our sites. This includes, but is not limited to, requirements definition, prioritization and sprint planning. The role will require flexibility, creativity and willingness to experiment to test ideas. Tinyโs websites are strategically important to our business so you will be a core member of our go-to-market team, contributing directly to the growth of the company. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and the Executive team, to achieve your objectives. \n \n**Key Responsibilities**\n* Growing and manage a digital experience team, hiring and mentoring the team to ensure its continued success\n* Working with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Executives to identify and implement website solutions and projects\n* Engaging and collaborate with the design team to create word-leading digital first experiences \n* Running frequent iterative testing on our digital properties to focus on adoption and revenue growth \n* Developing and maintain the website development roadmap including analysis and performance \n* Driving new website design, development and improvement \n* Identifying new trends and recommend new opportunities in order to drive sales and profitability \n* Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders \n* Running and delivering regular stakeholder check-in sessions, grooming sessions and sprint planning sessions \n\n**Abilities**\n* At least 4+ years of experience within product management of websites\n* At least 2+ years leadership experience managing and mentoring engineers \n* Knowledge and/or experience working within an Agile environment \n* Passion and drive to create great online digital experiences \n* Demonstrated understanding, and ideally application of web programming languages, methodologies, and standards: HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Gatsby, JSON APIs\n* Ideally a familiarity and basic understanding of cloud infrastructure products (e.g. AWS) products and technology, plus modern tech stacks for building websites; ideally Jamstack\n* Experience with Google Analytics and other modern analytics tool\n* Solid understanding of content management systems and a wide range of web applications\n* Ability to interact positively and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization\n* Ability to work independently with limited supervision\n* Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to a team\n \n\nPlease mention the words **BOMB LAZY GATHER** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMy4xNDUuMi4xODQ=).
