We are a data analytics and end-to-end services provider enabled by DXRX - the worldโs first Diagnostic Network solution for the development and commercialization of precision medicine diagnostics. \n\nDiaceutics has worked on every precision medicine brought to market and provides services to 36 of the worldโs leading pharmaceutical companies. \n\nWe have built the worldโs largest repository of diagnostic testing data with a growing network of 2500 labs in 53 countries.\n\nPosition Summary:\nThe primary purpose of this position is to assist the HR Team in the execution of the global HR agenda across the Company including training and development, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, global benefits, policies and procedures and the delivery of HR transactional services.ย \n\nDuties & Responsibilities: \nยทย ย ย ย ย ย Provide direct administrative support to the HR team in all HR-related matters.\nยทย ย ย ย ย ย Support the recruitment and selection process including preparing job adverts, new start documentation, references, benefits, equality monitoring, etc.\nยทย ย ย ย ย ย Collate information for the statutory annual Fair Employment Monitoring return for the Equality Commission for NI.\nยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ensure all benefits information is correct each month for payroll purposes including checking invoices and updating the master spreadsheet with relevant information.\nยทย ย ย ย ย ย Circulate documentation and gather outcomes for probationary reviews, following up with appropriate paperwork.\nยทย ย ย ย ย ย Support with adding new starts to relevant HR systems and keep updated on a regular basis to include organizational movers and leavers.\nยทย ย ย ย ย ย Support the onboarding process including scheduling sessions with all attendees and presenters and when in the office, ensure refreshments, equipment/starter packs, and presenters are all set up.\nยทย ย ย ย ย ย Support the maintenance and operation of the companyโs online training platform (Percipio).\nMaintain personnel files and all confidential employee information ensuring information is always up to date and is compliant with relevant legislation e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc\n\nGeneral Education and Experience:\n1. Degree in Human Resource Management or Business related degree.\n2. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.\n3. Possess a strong work ethic.\n4. Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.\n5. Ability to show initiative.\n6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written. \n7. Strong attention to detail. \n8.
