For more information, go to resilienceinsurance.com/security .\n\nSummary \nThe Cyber HMO Sales Operations Support Administrator is responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including fulfillment, and ongoing maintenance of sales systems such as CRM. Those activities include sales orders, quotes, sales processing, and bookings. This person will be responsible for maintaining the CRM (HubSpot) throughout the sales cycle.\n\nResponsibilities\nSupport all stages of the sales cycle, as directed by the VP of Cyber HMO Sales, including but not limited to:\n- Creating, processing quotes and proposals \n- Updating contracts and statements of work\n- Filling sales orders by scheduling meetings, creating necessary paperwork\n- Updating invoices\nSupport sales teams as requested to ensure all sales objectives are met in a timely fashion\nMaintain CRM data on an ongoing basis\nWork with sales management to facilitate sales process improvement by:\n- Creating ad hoc reports\n- Updating established reports\n- Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes for automation or other updates and implementing \nPerform other administrative duties as requested \n\nEducation and Experience\nCollege degree preferred\nData reporting experience\nExperience with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPrevious customer service/IT experience\nExperience creating proposals in PowerPoint and GoogleDocs\n\nAccommodations and Accessibility\n\nWe want to ensure you're able to perform as well as possible in your onsite interview.
