While this job is primarily front end focused, the ability to work on the full stack is a plus.\n\n- Translate our designs and specifications in pixel-perfect, responsive UI components\n- Contribute clean, maintainable, efficient code to our codebase\n- Review and refactor existing code\n- Engage with our small, friendly, user-centric product team (PM, devs, and designers) on a daily basis\n- Brainstorm new features to enable customer success\n- Work efficiently on a variety of types of projects\n- Provide technical leadership\n\nWe're looking for a top-notch engineer who can also dabble in design and product management, and speaks the language of user-centric product development with our PM and designers.\n\n**Skills**\n\nIn terms of specifics, we're looking for someone who checks most or all of these boxes:\n\n* Fluent in modern Javascript\n* Extensive experience using Vue.js / Vue Router / Vuex\n* Has used Firebase services, or similar, including Firebase Auth / Firestore / Cloud Functions / Hosting\n* Experience with Node.js\n* Knows how to configure Webpack\n* Background in testing, including unit testing (Jest) and E2E testing (Cypress)\n* A pro at Git / Gitflow\n* Experience or interest in learning cross-platform mobile development, such as with Nativescript, React Native, or Flutter\n* At least 5 years of total software development experience\n\nIn addition, here are some desirable qualifications:\n\n* Prior work with a remote team\n* Contributions to the open source community\n* An interest in nutrition in general, and Keto in particular \n\n#Salary or Compensation\n$70,000 — $120,000/year\n\n\n#Location\nšŸŒ Worldwide

This role has implementation and troubleshooting responsibilities including production experience with firebase including smart engineering to reduce cloud costs. Experience with firebase authentication with identity providers a plus.\n\nClevertech looks for enterprise craftsmen developers who take ownership of their code.\n\nYou have an effective positive attitude that shines as you show you care about client and colleague concerns. You are always learning and are a transparent communicator even when it is challenging. You thrive on challenging yourself daily and seek to surround yourself with like-minded individuals.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience followed by 5+ years experience in a senior developer role; ideally, you have delivered business-critical software to large enterprises\n\n- Programming skills– You are comfortable writing code in multiple languages, confident in choosing the right strongly or dynamically typed language for the job. Preferred language familiarity: Node or Python\n\n- Experience with the design, development, and deployment of APIs including measuring performance under production load\n\n- Strong communicator and fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
