In this role, you will be at the heart of our FP&A team, tasked with managing B2B reporting, forecasting, and overseeing the financial aspects of M&A. We are seeking a candidate eager to shape our corporate development team, dive into our M&A framework, and contribute to our growth strategies. Joining our team means becoming a pivotal part of Exodus, where your work will directly influence our future direction and success in this emerging industry.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\n\n* Manage B2B financial reports and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and overseeing client transactions.\n\n* Lead M&A strategy, establishing evaluation and integration frameworks.\n\n* Support financial analysis and product development, streamlining profit and loss statements and metrics.\n\n* Take part in assisting with month-end analysis/reporting\n\n* Develop a B2B operating model to drive business growth and assist sales with strategies.\n\n* Serve as the finance point of contact for B2B clients, fostering business development.\n\n\n\n\nWho You Are\n\n\n* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n\n* Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preferably with a focus on B2B sales analysis\n\n* Proven track record in managing/analyzing mergers and acquisitions (M&A)\n\n* Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and collaborating across diverse teams to drive project success\n\n* Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools like Grafana and Mixpanel.\n\n\n\n\nA Plus\n\n\n* Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.\n\n* Advanced certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA).\n\n* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nAbout Exodus\n\nExodus is a multi-asset cryptocurrency wallet with a built-in exchange feature.
