In this role, you'll be speaking every day to corporate leaders who rely on GA to help them apply these solutions to their workforce of the future.\n\nThe Position:\n\nWe're looking for a Senior Partnerships Director to join our Enterprise team and help initiate and grow some of our most strategic relationships for GA Talent. \n\n\n* Partner with large employers in the UK to promote and sell our apprenticeships offering\n\n* Connect with decision makers to introduce and sell our Hire-Train-Deploy services\n\n* Drive revenue growth through new business development by deeply understanding how GA can partner best with our clients on an ongoing basis\n\n* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and coordinate and drive the development of sales proposals for GA Talent, with a specific focus on the UK for apprenticeships\n\n* Maintain and build rapport with senior executives to formulate strong, long-term business relationships\n\n* Lead negotiation of prices and contracts, and understand the legal ramification of contracts in the UK\n\n* Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the GA Talent product and service offering, pricing structure, contract management parameters, policies, and procedures\n\n* Develop and maintain a pipeline according to targets, and provide clear and accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities\n\n* Partner across the business with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance and the Delivery team to close deals.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* 7+ years of sales experience, preferably enterprise sales experience\n\n* Apprenticeships/Talent experience is preferred \n\n* Lead, build and execute strategic territory and account plans\n\n* Ability to manage complex and lengthy sales cycles\n\n* The ability to identify client challenges, and consultatively develop creative solutions in close collaboration with clients\n\n* The ability to effectively and persuasively communicate independently with FTSE100 decision makers (typically SVP-Exec level)\n\n* A demonstrable track record of high performance\n\n* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills\n\n* Experience creating complex client proposals\n\n* Deep working knowledge of Salesforce.com and how to deliver timely and accurate pipeline and forecast updates\n\n* An entrepreneurial mindset and practice: you enjoy working as part of a small team, rapidly iterating on strategy, and getting your hands dirty to build something great\n\n* This role requires an element of travel, up to 25% of the time.\n\n* Fluency in English\n\n\n\n\nCompetencies:\n\n\n* Business insight\n\n* Communicates effectively\n\n* Courage\n\n* Customer Focus\n\n* Drives results\n\n* Manages complexity\n\n* Situational adaptability\n\n* Strategic Mindset\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
