**Our mission:**\nIn 2017, one billion immigrants worldwide sent over $600 billion home to family and friends, dwarfing foreign governmental aid. In the age of cheap, quick transfers through services like Paypal and Venmo, these people are trekking to stores to pay fees averaging over 7% for transfers that typically take 24 hours or more.\nWave's mission is to change that by making sending money anywhere in the world easy and affordable. Since 2014, our app has allowed Africans in the US, the UK, and Canada to send money instantly to mobile money wallets in Kenya, Uganda, & Tanzania, saving our users over 70% relative to Western Union and MoneyGram.\nWe recently launched remittances to Ghana, where we're growing quickly, and are looking to rapidly expand throughout Africa in the next year. That's where you come in...\n\n**How you'll help us achieve it:**\nDelighting our users is a core value at Wave. Excellent customer support is essential to this, but difficult to scale. We're looking for someone with experience running and scaling a customer service team so that we continue to wow our users as we expand to new markets.\n\n**In your first few months, you'll** \n* Be responsible for seeing that our users receive the best possible experience when they contact us via phone, text or email. We get over 15,000 calls and texts each month!.\n* Grow, train, and evaluate our English-speaking Support Team, made up of 17+ hourly employees. \n* Turn your team into a feedback mechanism to help us improve both our internal and external product at an ever faster rate.\n* Build a French-speaking support team sourced out of Senegal to service our upcoming France to Senegal corridor.\n* Work with our Head of User Experience and Risk Support Manager to set metrics-based performance goals for your team. You'll then craft processes and feedback loops to help your team achieve these.\n* Create and perpetuate a Support Team culture centered on empathy for and empowerment of our users and transparent and constructive collaboration within the team.\n* Coordinate with our Internal Tools team to ensure the Support Team has the resources it needs to serve our users.\n\n**Requirements** \n* *You have a high-level of proficiency in both English and French.*\n* *You've had at least three years experience leading and scaling customer service teams that offer support over the phone.*\n* You feed off interacting with people and getting the best out of them.\n* You possess an analytical mind and enjoy looking at data to both track trends and develop your team.\n* You're passionate about Wave's mission, and excited to do what needs to be done to reach our customer experience goals.\n\n**Our company**\n* We are a distributed group of six engineers and twelve operations team members spread across three continents who are deeply passionate about our mission.\n* Each quarter, we go on a five-day retreat together. In 2018, we've been to Vancouver, Lisbon and Austin.\n* We play in bands, teach dance classes, run Vipassana retreats, played semi-pro basketball, and built tools to help Doctors' Without Borders respond to the Ebola crisis.

OpenCraft is looking for an Executive Assistant. We are a remote company, a team of ten developers working remotely from Europe, North America, Asia and Australia - so you would be able to work remotely from where you want, as long as you have a good internet connexion. : ) As an Executive Assistant you would work directly with the CEO, the CTO, and other team members to assist in the day to day management process and handling of clients. \nThis is a long-term position, preferably full time, but part time would also be considered. \n\nWe are an open source development studio, specialized in online courses (MOOC) and working on the free software project Open edX, used by many universities and companies to run online courses. See edx.org, lagunita.stanford.edu or fun-mooc.fr for examples of Open edX instances. \n\nWe are proud of producing quality work which actually matters - without the project, many wouldn’t be able to access the education materials MOOC freely provide. \nPlease Read the Entire Description Before Applying\n\nThe CloudRoll team is looking for a lead web developer for our Bitcoin only casino, CloudRoll. Somebody who is in it for the long haul and can see the vision we have for the site. We're looking for somebody who is flexible and can put in 40+ hours a week and more on special weeks when we run promotions and have urgent tasks. The hourly pay for this position will be $24- $27 / hour. \n\nWe're looking for somebody whose main focus is backend development, specifically PHP and Javascript. Of course, there is at least some front end knowledge required with HTML5 and CSS3, this is a given. CloudRoll is entirely web-based. In the beginning, you'll be a one man team and it will be your responsibility to work diligently and implement features given on your own. As we grow, you will be given more responsibilities and privileges as well.\n\n....and most importantly\n\nAt CloudRoll, we think the word J-O-B is a dirty word. Work, we believe, needs to be fun, educational and something that makes you excited that you jump out of bed each morning. So screw the traditional 9-to-5 job that makes you feel trapped. Instead, get paid to play, create, learn and grow. It’s like being a child again. But with a salary. We are creating a culture of excitement and growth, and want to bring you with us. To prove you read all of this, include the letters xyz in the beginning of your application, if not, we won't even look over it.\n\nDo not apply if you are copying and pasting a general application. You will be denied on the spot and reported.\n\nPlease do not apply if you reside in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Sri Lanka due to bad experiences with such developers in the past (including language barriers).

\nThe Lead Developer for our college readiness skills learning support system, called JUICE, will have a unique opportunity to own the MEAN technology stack and software development for an innovative tutorial learning system we’re creating for College for America (CfA)  at Southern New Hampshire University.  CfA is an online, radically affordable, competency-based program for underserved working adults. We’ve been nationally recognized for innovation and received a 4-year First in the World grant from the US Department of Education to design and develop a fully online competency-based learning system to support students’ foundational college readiness skills in an entirely new way. We’re completing the learning design phase now, we have a key technology partner on board for educational game design, and we’re looking for the right senior software engineer with great experience who is looking for an opportunity to own application development for this new learning technology. We work as a small, cross-functional team within a very friendly group of creative, smart educators at College for America. We work remotely as well as onsite here in the Manchester office.\n\nJUICE is being developed in a Cloud-based, modular architecture based on the MEAN stack (MongoDB-Express-AngularJS-Node.js) for delivery of the learning experiences.  JUICE technology makes ample use of open source software and low-initial investment services. JUICE is designed for longer-term growth within CfA following the research phase, and is also designed for extensibility and open sharing as part of the Department of Education’s First in The World (FITW) program goals. JUICE development includes an LTI-based integration with the CfA learning management system. The JUICE production environment will support a randomized control trial study, while continuing development for a full product launch following completion of the study.\n\nThe Lead Developer is the primary software engineer and oversees the work of key external partners for development of mini-games, widgets, or content authoring tools. The Lead Developer consults with a Senior Technology Advisor on strategy, software architecture, and system operations. The Senior Developer reports to the Deputy Director of JUICE and works in a small, fast-paced cross-functional team as a key partner in all aspects of designing and building, creating interactive learning content experiences, conducting efficacy research, and delivering the JUICE learning system. \n\nWorking remotely within North America is an option, but we cannot consider employees overseas, unfortunately.\n\nThis position is also posted on the Southern New Hampshire University website at https://snhu.peopleadmin.com/postings/14754. SNHU is a great college to work for, as shown by our high ranking in The Chronicle of Higher Education’s “Great Colleges to Work for 2014” survey!

\nAfter four years of trial-and-error, we’re poised to be an overnight success. We’re looking for a CTO to help lead our team to the next stage of growth.\n\n\nTHE PROBLEM\n\nCompanies spend billions of dollars a year on workplace programs like wellness, trainings, and communications. They’re hard to make, and most people ignore them because they’re told about them via dense, practically unreadable emails. It’s a big problem that impacts almost every company. \n\nWHAT WE'RE DOING ABOUT IT\n\nOur product is like Pinterest for HR: It helps create engaging workplace programs that feel like a fun app. You can try it here: https://www.airbo.com/ard/wellness-starter-kit\n\nWHY YOU MIGHT LIKE TO WORK WITH US\n\nIf you’re excited by the idea of building a new product and company, this is a unique opportunity.\n\nYou can join Airbo at an early enough stage that you can shape the organization. There's no bureaucracy and almost no hierarchy.\n\nYet, we’re at a late enough stage that we’ve proven that companies want what we’re building, which is usually the biggest risk to joining a startup.\n\nBecause we’re generating revenue, we can afford to pay you above market rate, and because we’re bootstrapped, we can offer founder-level equity.\n\nFinally, though we’re currently co-located, we’re moving to a remote work environment, so you can have all of this from the comfort of your home office.\n\nWith clients like Fujifilm and Everyday Health signed up, we have a lot of fun and interesting stuff coming up by way of refining the product and making it scale along with our customer base.

We are looking for driven & professional web developers who are familiar with: \n• Javascript MVC Framework (knowledge of Angular.Js) \n• HTML5/CSS3 (preferred knowledge of LESS or SASS) \n• PHP Yii Framework, PostgreSQL \n• Graph API integrations/application, SEO \n• Basic server management (bandwidth optimization, uploading to AWS) \n• UI and UX knowledge\n\nYour Responsibilities will include: \n• Stability fixes \n• Roll-out of new features \n\nYou will start immediately without training and report to the Head of Technical Development while working closely with the co-founders.\nPlease note that where work visas are involved, we will require the candidate to work for us full-time for at least 2 - 4 months before we are able to consider processing this. \n\nThis is due to the considerable amount of monetary & time investment required for us to support a work visa, making it necessary for us to have absolutely no doubts about a candidate's suitability for the role before we proceed.\nThis is a salary-based role, with equity on offer for the right candidate. There is potential for the position to evolve into a Product Manager role and incorporate leadership of a full team if growth makes it necessary. \n\nCompensation won't be Google level, but it will grow with further funding rounds & deliverables achieved. We have raised a seed round, much of which will go towards paying for you & your hardware because we recognise the value of solid technology.\n\nZoposh is an output-driven company which offers a flexible working schedule.\nPlease note that we are unable to support work visas at this time, although we are of course open to discussing this with exceptional candidates. \n\n#Salary\n1000 - 2000\n \n\n#Equity\n1.0 - 5.0\n \n\n#Location\n- Kuala Lumpur

\nWe are looking for a new front end UI developer to join our team to work on web-based (Angular.js, Bootstrap, Leaflet) user interfaces involving maps, games & simulations, terrain data manipulation, interactions with the back-end AI engine, and other capabilities. We pride ourselves on creating good-looking and pleasant-to-use systems that require almost no training and push the limits of artificial intelligence for military simulations.\n\nYou will be working in a small, distributed and very capable team building highly intuitive user interfaces that allow the users to take advantage of our AI game engine to do war-gaming, simulations and tactical analysis for training, mission planning, and execution. As we are a small research-oriented company, you will take part in all facets of our fast paced software development, and in addition to UI could end up lending a hand with the rest of our stack - Artificial Intelligence engine, integration with 3rd party systems, and military modeling and simulations.
