You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build and roll-out products that deliver Banty’s vision and strategy.\n\nAs a young startup, the potential to affect our direction moving forward is significant, and it is our expectation that you will bring practices and ideas that will challenge how we do things and develop the role further over time.\n\n**Responsibilities\n\nGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth for our product line\nCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners\nWork with the team to develop product pricing and go to market strategies\nScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact\nTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes\nCreate and manage the execution of the product development roadmap to ensure that milestones are met and progress is made in an ongoing iterative fashion\nWork closely with engineering teams to deliver with optimal resources, quick time-to-market, and effective quality assurance\nDevelop and execute an advanced testing strategy while enforcing process adherence\nDrive product launches by working with marketing, sales, executives, and other team members\nEvaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed\nAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding\n\n**Requirements\n\nProven work experience in product management\nStrong ability to translate long term, ambitious goals into tangible deliverables\nSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies\nProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle\nDeep understanding and experience with software quality assurance (SQA) processes\nProven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management\nStrong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done\nSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a decentralised and remotely operating organization\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExceptional communicator\nTeam player\nFluent English speaker\n**Please include a cover letter with your application and resume\n\nExpected Start Date: 2021-07-05\n\nThis role allows the successful candidate to work from home while not missing a beat in executing at a high level.
