\nSupplyHouse.com, a fast-growing and successful e-commerce company, is looking for a new Category Manager to join our Merchandising Team and oversee our Heating category. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the designated category strategies. \n\nThis is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin\n\nThis position will require travel to our NY office headquarters up to three times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired.\n\nA company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.\n\nRole Type: Full-Time, Exempt\n\nLocation: Remote (Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin)\n\nSalary: $80,000-110,000 (Annually)\n\nSchedule: Standard business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET. Remote Relationship Manager

\nOverview\n\nThe Client & Business Development team is responsible for growing the coverage and growth of Corporate and VIP clients, maintaining existing business relationships with our partners in the region, conducting competitive market analysis, and enhancement of brand recognition.\n\nThis role will be part of that global team, initially focusing on clients in APAC. On a regional level they will work closely with other teams to provide insight and feedback about products and features on the platform with the ultimate end goal of generating more users on the BitMEX platform. \nResponsibilities\n\n\nProvide best-in-class coverage and support to our larger and Corporate clients; build deep relationships to increase loyalty\n\nSupport the Head of Business Developing in winning new clients \n\nAssist with the client onboarding and trading experience\n\nSuggest tools, products, and strategies to help clients maximize their trading potential\n\nShare client feedback with BitMEX product and engineering teams and write specific proposals for improvements\n\nLearn and understand thoroughly the BitMEX trading platform and current and future product and service offerings, and how these will affect our client base\n\nUnderstand the BitMEX value proposition and how to appeal to the wide variety of clients we service\n\nRegularly report on client issues, recommendations, criticism, and trading activity; follow up regularly\n\nSuggest and implement process changes to enhance team efficiency and coverage quality\n\nTake ownership of our Corporate product offering including website, content, marketing, etc.\n\nRepresent BitMEX at relevant industry conferences to stay on top of industry developments, enhance our image, build connections and solidify existing relationships\n\nMaintain awareness and knowledge of industry-related developments\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\nExperience engaging with clients in the financial services industry with strong knowledge of the Crypto industry. \n\nExperience communicating in a professional manner and assisting with high-value clients\n\nStrong strategic thinking and client-facing communication and interpersonal skills\n\nTrading experience with Bitcoin or other asset classes preferred \n\nStrong understanding of digital currencies and passionate about the space\n\nAn entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to work well under pressure, thrive working under limited direction, and a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership\n\nMust be comfortable with networking\n\nA good team player with strong interpersonal skills\n\nProficiency with Excel and Powerpoint\n\n\n\n#LI-CH1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Crypto and Crypto jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $100,000/year\n
