\nWhy You'll Love This Role:\n\nThe Senior Manager of Deal Operations will help to accelerate deal cycles to close and maximize revenue by partnering with our GTM organization in proposal building, pricing, quote generation, and opportunity management in the effort to structure profitable and compliant transactions. Develop strategies and processes to manage an increasing volume of transactions efficiently.\n\n* Review proposals/quotes and provide Sales with deal structure and pricing guidance to optimize profitability, meet strategic corporate goals, and accelerate deal closure.\n\n* Ensure that sales proposals adhere to established corporate strategies and legal, billing, and revenue recognition policies and present a solid understanding of product offerings.\n\n* Analyze deal structure, business terms, pricing and impacts on both top and bottom lines working closely with the product marketing / pricing teams.\n\n* Be the renewals owner for resolving complex customer issues and mitigating potential attrition during the contract term.\n\n* Provide accurate 90 day rolling forecasts for assigned renewal region through accurate maintenance of renewal opportunities.\n\n* Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Pricing and Legal team to streamline the resolution process including notifications and approvals. \n\n* Responsible for creation of replacement contracts and detailed quotes with approvals. \n\n* Provide renewals management with regular status updates and accurate visibility to forecasted attrition, and escalate as needed for support. \n\n* Maintain renewal opportunities and associated data as needed to ensure accuracy. \n\n* Approve/Reject/Escalate proposals based on thorough analysis and business judgement. \n\n* Present large and/or strategic deals to management team for review \n\n* Create process and lead deal team committee to bring together necessary stakeholders to provide commercial / strategic guidance including product and finance. \n\n* Provide consultative guidance to sales reps, as well as other supporting business segments. \n\n* Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement. \n\n* Identify potential training issues and coordinate with Sales Enablement to develop & communicate said issues to all necessary business functions.\n\n* Ad-hoc projects and analysis (e.g. field testing, in-depth pricing analysis, etc.)\n\n\n\n\nYou will have: \n\n\n* Bachelorโs degree in business/finance or related field. \n\n* 6+ years of deals desk/sales or Sales operations/Revenue Operations/Legal experience in a growth SaaS company with a global customer base. Distribution partner experience is a plus. \n\n* Proficiency in SFDC and CPQ tools. \n\n* Experience in structuring multi-element (subscriptions, services, and products) contracts. \n\n* Experience in data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis. \n\n* Expertise in Excel and Salesforce required. \n\n* Strong communication/interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and influence cross-functionally. \n\n* High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems.
