So [Pipe](https://addpipe.com) is looking for or a driven, experienced growth engineer to join our team and explore in depth possible growth channels across the entire funnel, from acquisition to retention. \n\nWe're a small remote dev team spread throughout Europe working on a technical product. We develop [https://addpipe.com](https://addpipe.com), a video recording platform used by developers inside companies to add video recording to their web apps or mobile apps. Many of our customers are HR companies doing video interviews, but the use cases vary from interactive campaigns to education and authentication. We need to target developers and customers with all these use cases.\n\nSo far we've experimented with:\n* Content: mostly tech oriented blog posts and how to integrate with major form building solutions\n* AdWords and Twitter ads\n* Social (Twitter, StackOverflow, Quora)\n* SEO\n* Engineering (WordPress plugin)\n* Referrals\n\nBut the channels above do not get the love they deserve from us. As techies, our main love is product & development. It comes easy to us to develop another feature or cut S3 storage costs . We need someone equally passionate about growth and finding new ways to grow to join us and give these channels the love they deserve and find for the product the customers it deserves.\n\nYou’ll work closely with me, the CTO and the rest of the team to explore and identify best areas for growth but you'll work directly on designing & implementing experiments to test your ideas for different acquisition channels, target customers and touch points down the road (conversion & retention).\n\nWe'll be offering a fixed and variable salary to compensate for great work. You should be able to issue an invoice for your work. Everything is negociable.\n\n# Responsibilities\n A) Your 1st responsibilities will revolve around gathering and tracking important KPIs\n* Make sure our existing analytics tools are gathering and reporting accurate data\n* Set up (weekly) KPIs (website visitors, visitor conversion rate, trial conversion rate, new accounts, spend, etc.) and track them\n* Track traffic by channel (organic, ads, social, etc.) and measure KPIs per channel\n* Research, select, and implement marketing tools to help measure & analyze our traffic & campaigns\n\nB) But we'll also do some exploratory work which impacts several channels down the line:\n* Research & maintain an up to date structured list of keywords we should work with in paid advertising, SEO and content\n\nC) You'll then move on to exploring but also diving in depth on topics regarding some of the acquisition channels we've used:\n\n* Content Creation & Publishing\n* Display Ads & SEM\n* SEO\n* Social\n\nWe have a lot of ideas here we're willing to invest in!\n\nD) With aquisition channels up to speed we can look at optimizing the visitor to trial conversion rate:\n\n* Review the onboarding process and come up with improvements to streamline the process\n* Review the website and come up with improvements to drive up the conversion rate\n\nE) And at optimizing the trial to paid conversion rate using part product, part sales and part email techniques \n\n# Requirements\nGiven the above marketing channels we're looking for someone who :\n* has experience in SaaS marketing, ideally in a growth-focused role\n* works easily with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Keyword Planner\n* has experience with advertising and managing budgets on an ad network like AdWords or Twitter ads\n* has experience with writing and publishing content in English\n* has basic knowledge of HTML, CSS , JavaScript\n\nBonus points if you have:\n* written or published technical articles\n* more than basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, Git, Linux, GitLab\n* product marketing experience\n* good copywriting skills\n* sales experience (identifying leads, researching leads, developing leads, closing leads)\n \n\n#Salary\nCompetitive salary with both fixed and variable components\n \n\n#Location\n- 🌏Worldwide

As the company grows, we’re looking for an additional support engineer to join the team and assist customers using our Ghost(Pro) platform and services, providing coverage for a broader range of timezones across the world. We're specifically looking for people who are based in UTC +7 to +12 for this role.\n\n\n\nFor the past 6 years, all of our Ghost(Pro) support has been managed by just one (super-hero) support engineer called Sarah. In that time we've grown from nothing, to a paying customer base of 4,000+ companies and 10,000+ different websites and publications, collectively serving half a billion requests each month.\n\n\n\nNow, we're growing the support team to spread the workload a little more evenly and have better cover of international timezones. We're adding a lot of new customers each month, and have lots of exciting things in the pipeline - so we hope you'll help us!\n\n\n\nAmazing customer service is one of the most crucial aspects of our business, so you'll be absolutely key in helping us keep new and existing customers happy. \n\n# Responsibilities\n * 💡 Help customers via email or chat to ensure they have the best experience possible (we use Help Scout), troubleshooting their problems and answering their questions - which can range from basic billing questions all the way through to advanced DNS configuration and help with editing theme code.\n\n* 📚 Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases to help customers and fellow team mates understand how to achieve their goals\n\n* 💻 Work with the Product and Marketing teams to give feedback and represent our customers when identifying bugs, coming up with feature ideas, or prioritising what things we'll build next.\n\n* 🐙 Experiment with tech: this is a startup so things regularly change!\n\n\n\nGhost is a product aimed at a generally tech-savvy audience of developers and power-users, so the types of support requests we get are typically of a technical nature. That said, we're looking for someone who's comfortable engaging with highly-technical customers, as well as those who aren't technical at all. \n\n# Requirements\nThe ideal candidate would be someone who is...\n\n\n\nGreat at empathy. Not everyone has the same skill level, and people often make mistakes no matter how smart they are. We strive to make customers feel empowered and confident based on their interactions with our support.\n\n\n\nFanatic about details. Whether it's all about the grammar, getting the tone just right, or striving to go above and beyond what has been asked by team or the customer — you care about getting it right.\n\n\n\nA creative problem solver. Customer support requests can range widely from remarkably trivial, to incredibly complex. This role is often part concierge and part detective, hunting to get to the root of mystery bugs and issues.\n\n\n\nA great writer. Not only does this role involve a lot of writing, but as a remote team writing is our primary form of communication. Clear, concise communication in native English is an absolute must for this role.\n\n\n\nIndependent. You'll have quick team meetings each week as well as regular 1:1s with your manager, but beyond that it's up to you to get things done. All teams at Ghost operate autonomously, so you'll be expected to get things done without being directed. A background in contracting or freelancing can be a big help. \n\n\n\nDue to the unique needs of support, we do hire with coverage for specific timezones in mind. Generally this means that we count on new teammates to work from the timezone they're hired in. There are always exceptions and flexibilities to this, as long as we can still find a way to serve our customers to the standard that they expect from us. We're happy to chat about your specific circumstances in the interview call, if you have any questions around this.\n\n\n\nWe value diversity of all types at Ghost and our team is made up of a kind, thoughtful group of people with a wide range of backgrounds. We have as many people who speak German as we do English and our engineering team contains as many women as it does men. Some of us are single, others are married, while others are parents. We actively try to find people with different perspectives and experiences to the ones we already have. \n\n#Location\n- 🌏Worldwide

***Contractor role, initially 3-6 months with possibility of becoming a full-time position.***\n\n***This is a remote position. The successful candidate will be expected to work during U.S. working hours.***\n\nThis is a dangerous time to be a journalist on the internet. Online comments are often filled with insults and threats, while being present on social media can lead to horrific abuse. It doesn’t have to be this way.\n\nAt Mozilla, we believe that healthy online conversation can exist, given the right systems and tools – and we believe that a healthy democracy depends on it. We’re looking for an Integration & Infrastructure Engineer to join our team to help bring our main product, Talk, into more newsrooms.\n\nWe built our open source Talk tool to improve online discussion. It now helps journalists at more than 25 news organizations to engage with their communities, share knowledge, empower discussions, and reduce the impact of trolls. Helpjuice is a SaaS product with large Enterprise customers such as Hertz, US Government, Nginx and others. We help many companies with their help center / knowledge base via our product: Helpjuice.com\nWe're a smaller, yet growing software company, where everyone wears multiple hats. It's a team of excellent people, who are all willing to help each other, because it's the way we work / our culture.\nWe're currently seeking a Senior Rails developer, with great English, and even better Rails skills. You should be really good with English -- almost excellent! :-)\nHere's what we're looking for:\n- Great English. Seriously, don't waste your time if your English isn't good enough to write/read/talk with it daily, with all of our team.\n- Really good in Rails (backend) + Javascript (Frontend). Rails alone won't get you much, and you know that -- thats why you need JS to build high performance fast web apps in 2018..\n- Cool person. We'll be working a lot together, we want you to enjoy it, just like we do!\nHere's what we offer:\n- Well paid salary. We don't monkey around, we pay well if we think you're great.\n- Smart team. Expect to learn...a LOT. Not just in development, but in other areas aswell, as you'll be working w/ other team mates (support, sales, product management)\n- Interesting product to work on. Imagine a product that thousands of businesses rely on, and that's entirely bootstrapped -- Yes, you'll for sure learn a lot, and have fun...and be a bit stressed at times :-)\n- Flexible hours/management. I'm the CEO - and I'm writing this job post. I'm very hands off with my team, because we have a great team -- everyone is great, which is why I can just rely on them to do their job and NOT micromanage. TLDR; It's a fun work environment :-)\nHow To Apply?\nFill out ALL the questions in our application form -- if you don't want to share code samples, we totally get it, but we believe no good developer has 0 public repos on their Github (you may argue with us, but this is our policy).

You will be joining an existing team of 20 to work on our server monitoring and cloud management service, Server Density.\n\nWe help our customers stay online, giving teams the right information at the right time so they can solve performance problems, and keep their systems running! Monitoring might be behind the scenes, but it has a real impact!\n\nWhat will you be working on?\n\n\n* Backend engineering - you will be working with our product backed with Python, Tornado (and other async Python libraries), Kafka/Storm, Google Cloud Bigtable and MongoDB. That will involve:\n\n- Automating tasks such as security and deployment releases, site updates and server maintenance using tools such as Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible etc\n\n- Be the key architect in helping us to develop a robust SaaS platform for a really significant Drupal project for the not for profit sector that we are currently working on.\n\n- Integrating with Hipchat and developing an inhouse Hubot (or similar).\n\n- Develop command line tools to simplify developer tasks such as cloning client sites to local environments.\n\n- There will also be the opportunity to get involved with data migration, data integration, database tuning and management and the ideal candidate would have existing MySQL (or similar) experience. \n\nIf you live and breath Linux and love reconfiguring Web servers for the LEMP/LAMP stack until they are as secure as a rock but would also enjoy the challenge of developing a new SaaS platform on AWS then we would love to hear from you.\n\nKey skills we are looking for:\n\n– Excellent Linux administration skills.\n– Some Web server experience (NGINX preferable, Apache useful).\n– Some DB admin experience (Mysql or equivalent).\n– Some experience with cloud technologies AWS/Open stack.\n– Previous experience with CI/DevOps tools platforms (i.e. Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible).\n– Good Git skills (comfortable preparing release branches).\n– Previous PHP deployment automation desirable.\n– Some experience/Knowledge in monitoring tools.\n– Strong collaboration, written and verbal skills.\n\nWhat were looking for is someone who can grasp concepts quickly, has great attention to detail, and most importantly loves a tech challenge. In short, we’re a team of self confessed geeks who love tinkering and tweaking until something is just right and are looking for someone who thinks and acts like us.\n\nExtra tags: devops, sysadmin, puppet, hubot, drupal, saas
