\nWhat is Polygon Labs?\n\n\nPolygon Labs develops Ethereum scaling solutions for Polygon protocols. Polygon Labs engages with other ecosystem developers to help make available scalable, affordable, secure and sustainable blockchain infrastructure for Web3. Polygon Labs has initially developed a growing suite of protocols for developers to gain easy access to major scaling solutions, including layer 2s (zero-knowledge rollups and optimistic rollups), sidechains, hybrid chains, app-specific chains, enterprise chains, and data availability protocols. Scaling solutions that Polygon Labs initially developed have seen widespread adoption with tens of thousands of decentralized apps, unique addresses exceeding 225 million, over 1.2 million smart contracts created and 2.56 billion total transactions processed since inception. The existing Polygon network is home for some of the biggest Web3 projects, such as Aave, Uniswap, and OpenSea, and well-known enterprises, including Robinhood, Stripe and Adobe. Polygon Labs is carbon neutral with the goal of leading Web3 in becoming carbon negative.\n\n\nRole Overview: \n\n\nAs a Polygon Success Manager (PSM) at Polygon Labs, you will serve as the essential link between our company and our valued builders. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the entire Polygon journey. You will play a pivotal role in building, retaining, and expanding our relationships by helping builders realize the full potential of Polygon blockchain technology.\n\n\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Engagement: Lead the engagement processes for builders, ensuring a seamless introduction to the Polygon ecosystem. Focus on driving strong adoption and continuous engagement throughout the builders journey.\n* Proactive Relationship Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement and communication strategy that proactively maintains high satisfaction levels. This includes regular check-ins and success reviews (QBRs) to assess performance against established KPIs and goals.\n* Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Polygon chain data to gain valuable insights that inform decision-making and guide builders towards increased adoption and satisfaction.\n* Risk Mitigation: Evaluate risk factors for each builder and take proactive measures to collaborate with builders to avoid dissatisfaction or loss of business, ultimately enhancing retention over the life cycle.\n* Voice of the Customer (VoC): Act as the primary steward of the builder relationship, collaborating cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Product Teams to ensure a consistent and compelling builder message is embedded internally.\n* Product Expertise: Become an expert in the Polygon protocols and developer tools and educate builders on the advantages and benefits of the same. As such the ideal candidate will have experience with driving data analytics independently, and also experience with cross-functional collaborations.  You will tackle some of the most interesting biological and technical questions related to functional precision cancer therapeutics. You will characterize 3D biological systems longitudinally using diverse technologies such as flow cytometry, -omics or brightfield/confocal microscopy experiments. You will lead the design and implementation of pipelines and artificial intelligence algorithms that combine and harness multiple sources of data in order to extract biological and clinical insights.\n\n\nYou will work closely with experimental scientists, device engineers, R&D, business development, software and operations teams to deliver solutions to further precision oncology. Job Description:\n\nWe are looking for an Embedded QA Engineer (6 Months contract) who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our embedded products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance of hardware and software integration, and a deep understanding of embedded systems. We are looking for candidates with a strong Electrical Engineering or Computer Science background, who are natural team players to act as a key part of the QA team in testing our ELD (Electronic Logging Device, an in-vehicle data acquisition system) and non-ELD integrated software features\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for embedded systems.\n\n* Designs, implements & maintains functional testing and delivers quality features.\n\n* Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements.\n\n* Collaborate with development to understand requirements and provide input during the design phase.\n\n* Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for embedded systems.\n\n* Debug and troubleshoot issues in embedded systems and provide detailed bug reports.\n\n* Perform system integration and regression testing to ensure the stability and performance of products.\n\n* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in embedded systems.\n\n* Document test procedures and maintain comprehensive test documentation\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Are Looking For: \n\n\n* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\n\n* 1-2+ years of proven experience as an Embedded QA Engineer or in a similar role.\n\n* Strong knowledge of embedded systems and hardware-software integration.\n\n* Experience with Agile methodologies and QA testing life cycles.\n\n* Experience with bugs reporting and tracking tools (JIRA preferable)\n\n* Experience of working on Mobile/Web integration testing with Embedded Systems.\n\n* Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies, including automated testing.\n\n* Experience with scripting and programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and SQL\n\n* Familiarity with hardware interfaces, communication protocols, and debugging tools.\n\n* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\n* Strong communication and collaboration and teamwork skills\n\n* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n  \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Testing and Engineer jobs that are similar:\n\n $50,000 — $110,000/year\n
