For the right fit, this is an amazing opportunity to work directly with the founders, be hands-on with the funnels and marketing campaigns, and have a direct impact on the companyโ€™s sales funnels.\n\n## About the Business\nThe FBA Broker was established in 2016 when an opportunity was seen with a gap in the e-commerce marketplace. The FBA Broker deals exclusively with founders of 7 & 8 figure consumer product brands that have an Amazon sales channel. They help founders prepare their business and negotiate terms of sale, to achieve the best possible outcome and price for their sellers.\n\nThe team is tight-knit and functions like a well-oiled machine. Due to incredible growth, the founders will be bringing on a few more key team members in the coming months, including this crucial Marketing Sales Funnel Manager role.\n\n## The Role\nThis is a brand new position created by the founders. The new hire will be responsible for the sales funnels on the website and making direct improvements. All of the leads are inbound or referrals so itโ€™s very important that the site and the funnel are functioning perfectly.\n\nWeโ€™re expecting the new hire to have strong experience creating and improving sales funnels, but weโ€™ll also be providing resources and educational material to help.\n\n## Responsibilities\n- Improvement of the sales funnels. We will set up KPIs to track leads and calls booked to measure the success of the changes.\n- Helping manage the website and make updates.\n- Managing copywriters and the performance of the articles.\n- Email marketing experience.\n- Tracking everything, understanding the numbers, and constantly seeking improvements.\n- The ideal person for this role has not only strategized and planned funnels, but has implemented them, monitored, and made the improvements. We are looking for doers who love getting their hands dirty.\n\n## You should have\n- Built and improved sales funnels\n- Created and executed email marketing campaigns\n- WordPress experience (donโ€™t need to be a coder but should know how to manage the site)\n- Project management experience and know-how to run a team\n- Experience with various Sales CRMs(Ontraport, Pipedrive, etc)\n\nBeyond the necessary skills, weโ€™re a tight-knit, passionate team, so weโ€™re looking for people who will fit in well and grow with the company. We need someone who can come in and establish all our operations around digital marketing, including campaigns, advertising, social media, and SEO optimization. But note upfront that we are not just looking for someone who wants a job, we are looking for someone who wants to take a leading role in advancing how software is developed in the enterprise. Weโ€™ve developed a great solution that adds a lot of value to a lot of people - and now we need someone to help tell its story.\n\n# Responsibilities\n We are a startup so your responsibilities will be both broad and deep - and weโ€™re moving very quickly so youโ€™ll need to prioritize effectively and establish lightweight processes to ensure youโ€™re making the best use of your time and resources to propel Coder forward. Itโ€™s definitely a firehose in a whirlwind, but in a good way of course. Note that you will have to balance between marketing to the enterprises who will purchase our solutions, as well as engaging directly with the engineers and developers who will be using our product.\n\nThe Digital Marketing Manager will report to the VP Marketing\n\n* Advertising โ€” Identify and utilize relevant advertising channels to reach and convert customers, including search and social media. Create and maintain online listings across relevant platforms including developer focused marketplaces and communities and enterprise focussed publications.\n\n* Website Optimization and SEO โ€” Optimize our most comprehensive and important marketing campaign, our website, to reach its appropriate audiences. Structure all our communications for SEO.\n\n* Marketing Analytics โ€” Let data drive us. Measure everything and revise everything we do based upon those measurements. Analyze and refine all marketing engagement flows to maximize conversion and product usage. Define our KPIs. Measure Customer Acquisition Costs. Understand customer lifetime value. And find a succinct way to communicate relevant marketing metrics throughout the organization. Prove the ROI of our marketing investments. A/B test a lot of stuff. \n \n* Outreach - Develop relationships with sites, publications, and individual influencers to communicate expand our marketing reach, develop our community, and to obtain input on our solutions\n\n* Social Media - Establish our presence across all relevant social media platforms. Define a specific audience and approach for each. Routinely conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used and targets are being met. \n\n* Email Marketing - Develop our email list through value added engagements. Execute campaigns to these individuals via this channel, while maintaining the integrity of our brand.\n\n* Integrated Marketing Campaigns - Coordinate across the sales and customer success teams to run marketing campaigns. Develop messaging and collateral, identify core targets, measure results, learn, and repeat. Help us drive revenue. \n\n# Requirements\n* Expert level knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing (Content Marketing, SEO, Social Media, PPC. etc.) and how they all work together.\n* 5+ years experience in digital marketing (less experience is okay if you can show amazing results from past work).\n* Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)\n* Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and Adobe SiteCatalyst.\n* Experience with Moz, BuzzStream, GroupHigh, Link Research Tools, Majestic SEO, Ahrefs.\n* Ability to organize and analyze data with Excel/Google Spreadsheets.\n* Be self-disciplined and motivated as well as a team player.
