\nYour Opportunity at ARCโ€™TERYX:\nAs the Senior Salesforce Marketing Engineer you develop, deploy, analyze, utilize, and maintain software, tools, applications, and information systems to meet the business requirements of the company in a demanding global marketplace. \nABOUT THE COALITION\n\nThe Building Decarbonization Coalition (BDC) aligns building industry stakeholders with energy providers, environmental organizations and local governments to help electrify homes and workspaces with clean energy. Through convening, policy analysis and consumer awareness building, the Coalition is pursuing fast, fair action to accelerate the development of zero-emission homes and buildings that will help states across the nation cut one of its largest sources of climate pollution, while creating safe, healthy and affordable communities. \n\nPOSITION SUMMARY \n\nBDC is bringing together policymakers, market actors, organized labor, environmental justice groups, advocates and other stakeholders across priority states and regions to co-create and advance a common approach to phasing out gas appliances. Together, the states we are targeting represent 60% of the U.S. gas demand in buildings.\n\nIn this newly created position, the Northwest Regional Senior Manager will bring deep energy and climate knowledge, political savvy, and coalition-building and campaigning experience to serve this place-based role in the respective region. The Northwest Regional Senior Manager will report to the Director of State Mobilization and support BDCโ€™s Groundswell campaign focused on accelerating nationwide momentum towards making building decarbonization and the clean energy transition inevitable. \n\nThis position is designed for a highly motivated self-starter with prior local- and state-level building decarbonization policy and market development experience. a broad network that includes environmental NGOs and justice groups, labor, manufacturing and real estate/development preferred; multi-sector experience, including public, private and non-governmental is optimal.\n\n\n\n* 5+ years of experience, preferably with solid understanding of building electrification and/or climate solutions.\n\n* Proven understanding of clean energy framework/plans, particularly in Washington and Oregon, including relevant legislation, public policymaking/legislative and regulatory environments and success in influencing policy agendas and outcomes at local and state levels.\n\n* Highly collaborative work style with the ability to operate as a peer and thought partner to the Director of State Mobilization and other team leads. \n\n* Outstanding leadership and relationship-building skills with clarity of vision and a commitment to the highest levels of integrity, quality and collaboration. \n\n* Ability to set clear priorities, keen analytic, organizational and problem-solving skills that enable sound decision making. \nTempus โ€“ Northwest - Regional Sales Manager\n\n\nPassionate about making a difference in the world of cancer genomics?\n\nWith the advent of genomic sequencing, we can finally decode and process our genetic makeup. We now have more data than ever before but providers don't have the infrastructure or expertise to make sense of this data. We're on a mission to connect an entire ecosystem to redefine how genomic data is used in clinical settings. Position Overview: Tempusโ€™s Northwest Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for leading a Regional Sales Team (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii, and Alaska) and to exceeding sales goals across Tempusโ€™s product portfolio. This encompasses the creation and implementation of regional and territory business plans as well as the selection, hiring, training, development, and management of Clinical Account Executives within a defined geographic region. \n\nThe RSM will be responsible for managing business results, sales activities, and cross functional initiatives in a specific regional geography.  Responsible for making the day to day decisions required to manage a business function including deploying resources, allocating costs, and directing business activities. Securing and analyzing relevant information, knowledge of region, market intelligence, environmental factors and political landscape, to identify key issues and committing to action after developing alternative solutions that take into consideration strategic objectives, resource constraints and organizational values. This is a front-line sales management/leadership position covering several states requiring frequent travel to work with Account Executives in their assigned territories.\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Achievement of regional sales objectives; revenue and expenses.\n\n* Development and execution of a regional and territory business plans.\n\n* Direct execution of sales strategies and tactics, and implementation of sales and marketing plans.\n\n* Develop and maintain key customer relationships with target audiences; assist in developing business solutions that are mutually beneficial; apply broader business scenarios and customer-focused models to achieve breakthrough results.\n\n* Plan and conduct regional sales meetings designed to inform and convey existing and new product knowledge and applications and enhance and develop sales and business skills.\n\n* Evaluate performance of Clinical Account Executives\n\n* Maintain high level of product and market knowledge.\n\n* Identify contracting opportunities with academic medical centers, large cancer centers, health systems, and other strategically important key accounts.\n\n* Management oversight of Tempusโ€™s CRM solution for the defined geographic region.\n\n* Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to access resources and maximize outcomes.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n\n* Deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry. Molecular Diagnostic experience strongly preferred.\n\n* Experience selling Oncology based tests and services into the Pathology and/or Oncology clinical communities preferred.\n\n* Experience within complex selling environments required.\n\n* Demonstrated success in recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining talent.\n\n* Ability to prioritize and align organizational goals and objectives; enable innovation.\n\n* Ability to develop and utilize cross-functional relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals and objectives.\n\n* Ability to provide an integrated MolDx/SaaS solution using Tempusโ€™s sequencing technology to prospects and customers.\n\n* Ability to engage in a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and indifferences while connecting client needs with Tempusโ€™s capabilities.\n\n* Comfortable selling at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO)\n\n* Keen understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in the oncology and diagnostic space\n\n* Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects and prioritize daily tasks while managing critical deadlines\n\n* Problem solving, decision making and technical learning.\n\n* Advanced written and oral communication skills.\n\n* Strong administrative skills.
