Currently, Phantom cannot support employees from the following countries and continents: Russia, Pakistan, Ukraine, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* \nFeature development: You will be owning features on our web platforms โ€“ currently the Phantom Extension and our website.\n\n* \nNew initiatives and products: You will be leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and to launch new complementary products or infrastructure.\n\n* \nInterfacing with users: You will be interfacing directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom โ€“ supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of the product.\n\n* \nTeam building: You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience\n\n* 5+ years full-time software engineering experience with some of the following technologies:\n\n\n* React / Typescript / styled-components / React-Query\n\n* Solana web3.js / ethers.js\n\n\n\n\n\n* Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms\n\n* \nNice-To-Have: experience in a blockchain based project\n\n* English language proficiency\n\n\n\nWhy Work with Us\nOpportunity\n\nWe are a team of experienced builders with a ton of traction in a big and growing market โ€“ our users are so passionate they were hacking their way into our private beta. Only months after launching we've acquired millions of users, and are adding hundreds of thousands every week. We are by far the leading wallet on Solana, and have expanded to Ethereum and Polygon.ย \n\nOn top of that, there has never been a better time to work in crypto and on wallets in particular.\n\n\n* \nWallets play a pivotal role:ย Wallets are responsible for on-boarding new users into crypto, and can make or break the user experience.\n\n* \nWe are moving to a multi-chain world:ย New blockchains and scaling solutions are coming online and gaining traction, but are lacking decent wallets and bridges.\n\n* \nDeFi & NFTs are exploding :ย Interest in DeFi and NFTs has exploded, yet they are still an after-thought in existing wallets.\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\n\n* Competitive salary and equity.\n\n* Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision) โ€” 100% covered.\n\n* Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: laptop, headphones, and any other work gear you may need.\n\n* Flexible hours and a long-standing, supportive remote environment.\n\n* Monthly co-working space and mobile phone expense.\n\n* Unlimited vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it).\n\n* 401(k) retirement plan (although we are not matching at this time)\n\n* Wellness benefit\n\n* Daily lunch benefit\n\n\n\n\nThe target base salary for this role will range between $180,000 to $220,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. Obol is hiring a
Remote Senior Frontend Engineer DApp Development

\nWho Are We?\n\n\nObol Labs is a remote-first research and software development team focused on Proof of Stake infrastructure for public blockchain networks. Specific topics of focus are Internet Bonds, Distributed Validator Technology, and Multi-Operator Validation. The core team includes 35 members spread across +14 countries.\n\n\nThe core team is building the Obol Network, a protocol to foster trust-minimized staking through multi-operator validation. This will enable low-trust access to Ethereum staking yield, which can be used as a core building block in various Web3 products.\n\n\nThe Network\n\n\nThe network can be best visualized as a work layer that sits directly on top of the base layer consensus. This work layer is designed to provide the base layer with more resiliency and decentralization as it scales. In this chapter of Ethereum, we will move on to the next great scaling challenge, which is stake centralization. Layers like Obol are critical to the long-term viability and resiliency of public networks, especially networks like Ethereum.\n\n\nObol as a layer is focused on scaling main chain staking by providing permissionless access to Distributed Validators. The network utilizes a middleware implementation of Distributed Validator Technology (DVT), to enable the operation of distributed validator clusters that can preserve validators' current client and remote signing configurations.\n\n\nSimilar to how roll-up technology laid the foundation for L2 scaling implementations, we believe DVT will do the same for scaling the consensus layer while preserving decentralization. Staking infrastructure is entering its protocol phase of evolution, which must include trust-minimized staking networks that can be plugged into at scale. We believe DVT will evolve into a widely used primitive and will ensure the security, resiliency, and decentralization of public networks.\n\n\nThe Obol Network develops and maintains three core public goods that will eventually work together through circular economics:\n\n\nThe DV Launchpad, a User Interface for bootstrapping and managing Distributed Validators\n\n\nCharon, a Golang based middleware client that enables validators to run in a fault-tolerant, distributed manner.\n\n\nObol Splits, a set of solidity contracts for the formation of Distributed Validators tailored to different use cases such as DeFi, Liquid Staking, and Fractionalized Deposits \n\n\n\n\nSustainable Public Goods\n\n\nObol is inspired by previous work on Ethereum public goods and experimenting with circular economics. We believe that to unlock innovation in staking use cases, a credibly neutral layer must exist for innovation to flow and evolve vertically. Without this layer, highly available uptime will continue to be a moat.\n\n\nThe Obol Network will become an open, community-governed, self-sustaining project over the coming months and years. Together we will incentivize, build, and maintain distributed validator technology that makes public networks a more secure and resilient foundation to build on top of.\n\n\nThe Role \n\n\nThe focus of this role is on developing and enhancing React-based web applications for interacting with the Ethereum blockchain to create Distributed Validators. This includes creating user-friendly interfaces, integrating with wallets, and ensuring the applications are absolutely secure and reliable.\n\n\nThe goal of this role is to enable the proliferation of Distributed Validators in the Ethereum Staking Ecosystem, by making them easy to create, view, understand, and interact with. This role requires working with agency and autonomy. It requires collaboration with cross-functional internal teams as well as dealing with external stakeholders. Obolโ€™s Distributed Validator Launchpad, Obolโ€™s static website, Obolโ€™s typescript packages, and other applications will be under this roleโ€™s remit. \n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Develop and implement new features for our web applications using React, showcasing your expertise in creating user-centric solutions.\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products.\n* Contribute to Obolโ€™s coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies.\n* Drive innovation by researching and adopting the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem, ensuring our applications remain secure, competitive, and cutting-edge.\n* Act as a technical mentor for junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.\n* Collaborate with external partners integrating Obol technology into their dapps using the Obol SDK.\n* Take responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our current products, including our component library (obol-ui) and DApp (dv-launchpad).\n* Improve the accessibility of our interfaces to all types of internet users.\n* Harden the security of our React software and its supply chain.  \n\n\n\nRequirements\n* Professional experience in React-based Ethereum Application Development (examples below).\n* What we use for React Development: Typescript, Next.js, React Hook Form, SWR, Zustand, @headlessui/react, stitches.dev, tailwindCSS and others. \n* What we use for Ethereum Development: Foundry, Hardhat, Ethers.js, web3-react, @obolnetwork/obol-sdk, @metamask/eth-sig-util, @0xsplits/splits-sdk(-react), @gnosis.pm/safe-core-sdk, @synthetixio/synpress, @chainsafe/(bls/discv5/ssz) and others. \n* Previous delivery of react websites that enable non-custodial, wallet-based interaction with mainnet Ethereum or a similar EVM network with more than $100k in value handled. \n* Knowledge of JS/TS security and testing best practices.\n* Knowledge of JS/TS CI/CD best practices.\n* Experience working with Agile Software Development methodologies.\n* Web3 professional experience.\n* Proven ability to maintain and contribute to Open Source repos \n* Timezone between UTC-2 to UTC+3 \n\n\n\nNice to have\n* Ethereum staking experience.\n* Node.js or other backend development experience.\n* Solidity development experience.\n* Familiarity with docker and/or running servers.\n* SQL/NoSQL experience.\n* Experience working in a distributed remote team.\n\n\n\nBenefits\n* Fully Remote Working and flexible hours.\n* Meet the team at our Annual Offsites.\n* Chance to attend crypto and staking conferences.\n* Working with the purpose of decentralising Ethereum.\n* Generous paid time off.\n* Budget for equipment.\n* Budget for training or education.\n\n\n\n\n\nThank you for your interest. Looking forward to building amazing stuff together! \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Web3, Solidity, Crypto, Ethereum, React, Docker, Testing, Typescript, Senior, Golang, Engineer and Backend jobs that are similar:\n\n $70,000 — $110,000/year\n

Outreach is hiring a
Remote Senior Software Engineer Prague Czechia

\nOur success is reliant on building teams that include people from different backgrounds and experiences who can elevate assumptions and ideas with fresh perspectives. We're dedicated to hiring the whole human, not just a resume. To that end, we look for a diverse pool of applicants-including those from historically marginalized groups. We would like to invite you to apply even if you don't think you meet all of the requirements listed below. We don't want a few lines in a job description to get between us and the opportunity to meet you.\n\n\nAbout the Team\nThe mission of the Admin, Developer & Extensibility Experiences team is to enable 3rd party developers to create solutions that enrich the Outreach client and platform. This means creating and owning public facing tools, APIs and frameworks for developers to create apps with, developing solutions for embedding Outreach experiences into other web apps as well as creating and supporting Outreach Developer portal.\n\n\nHere you will work shoulder to shoulder with world-class frontend experts - humble, passionate, extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help you take your skills to the next level. Your manager and your managerโ€™s manager and their managers all the way up are great engineers just like you. Imagine that!\n\n\nThe Role\nWe are looking for an experienced front end or full-stack engineer who can deep-dive on challenging technical problems, build scalable solutions and identify performance bottlenecks, iterate quickly and deliver incremental value, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. \n\n\nHundreds of frontend engineers contribute to our vast code base - hundreds of thousands of lines of high quality code. You will probably never read all of it, but there is no need! Our code organization makes it cozy and approachable as if you were working on a greenfield project. Each team is owning a dedicated portion of it and is reviewing contributions from other teams. And when we say own - we mean own end-to-end! From architecture and design all the way up to deployment and monitoring.\n\n\nLocation\nWhile we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. This is not a fully-remote /contractor role.\n\n\n\nYour Daily Adventures Will Include:\n* Building applications in a modern web stack. Our apps are built with 100% TypeScript using modern React. We fetch data with GraphQL through Apollo client. We developed our UI kits based on Material UI. We have a full CI/CD process - your code goes into production in 4 hours or less! Company Description\n\nOur team has experience building products at companies like Facebook, Twitter and Yelp. We've spent the past couple years building applications and infrastructure for consumers and developers on Ethereum, with a focus on Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Matcha and 0x API are just some of the crypto products we've brought to market.\n\nWhile trying to build products with delightful user experiences on Ethereum and other blockchains, we experienced first-hand what a pivotal role crypto wallets have in a project's ability to succeed and attract users.\n\nWe've also seen how existing wallet solutions can hold projects back, and keep users from experiencing DeFi, NFTs and web3 in the way they can and should be experienced.\n\nOur goal is to make it easy for anyone to engage with the expanding ecosystem of crypto projects (across blockchains), and to enable those projects to deliver the experiences their users deserve.\nRole Description\n\nOur crypto wallet is used by millions of people to access apps and financial services built on the Solana blockchain.\n\nWe are looking for someone with a deep experience with both Typescript and building desktop/mobile products. This person will be focused on helping lead feature development in our React/React Native codebase.\n\nIn this role, youโ€™ll be working on web3 technologies, working to keep peopleโ€™s funds safe and secure, and collaborating with security, design and QA to create a way for users to safely manage their seed phrase and other types of accounts.\n\nJoin us on our mission to make the digital economy safe and easy to use for everyone.\n\nThis role is fully remote; however, weโ€™re only open to candidates based in US and EU time zones. Currently, Phantom cannot support employees from the following countries and continents: Russia, Pakistan, Ukraine, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.\nResponsibilities\n\nAs a Security focused Frontend Engineer at Phantom, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative solutions for our users. Your primary role will be developing, implementing, and maintaining the Phantom Authentication & Seedless Recovery systems.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n\n* Collaborating with the design and product teams to design and develop secure, resilient, and user-friendly features.\n\n* Working closely with our security team to ensure the applications comply with the highest security standards.\n\n* Participating in code reviews to maintain high-quality code\n\n* Building and maintaining a robust seedless recovery process\n\n* Keeping up-to-date with the latest security best practices and integrating them into our systems\n\n\n\n\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of frontend development, with a particular focus on security. Proficiency in Typescript, and React is a must. Previous experience in a security-focused role would be an advantage. The candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.\nRequirements\n\n\n* At least 5 years of experience in software engineering\n\n* Expertise in React/React Native, and advanced knowledge of cryptography\n\n* Ability to build modern React frontends, transforming Figma designs into functional components\n\n* Relevant knowledge of modern web and mobile app security landscape, authentication, real-world attacks and mitigations.\n\n* Proficiency in CSS\n\n* Ability to ship code using test-driven development\n\n* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git\n\n* Awareness of engineering best practices\n\n* Problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset and good judgment\n\n* Self-starter with a desire to expand knowledge and skills\n\n\n\nBonus Points\n\n\n* Blockchain expertise\n\n* mobile development iOS/Android using React native\n\n* Previous experience working with Application Security Engineering teams.\n\n* Youโ€™re a Phantom user!\n\n\n\n\nThe target base salary for this role will range between $180,000 to $230,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Web3, Crypto, Ethereum, React, Finance, Typescript, Mobile, Senior and Engineer jobs that are similar:\n\n $70,000 — $115,000/year\n
