But donโt worry, you wonโt have to do it alone.\n\nJob Description\n\nAs a Lead Technical Artist you will lead and mentor the technical art team to create the structure of the art in Unreal Engine 5 on many different sides of the game development.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Work together with other leads and directors to develop the overall technical vision, improve the quality & determine and set technical feasibility\n\n* Create and assess custom tools to support art pipeline while maintaining aesthetic quality and technical performance standards\n\n* Help other departments to set and improve different art pipelines like characters, environments, vehicles, vfx and sound\n\n* Mentor, manage and support the technical art team\n\n* Plan, organize and prioritize tasks with the Producer\n\n* Help with recruitment for new tech art team members\n\n* Identify problems and find engine-efficient solutions, set technical needs of the project and maintain the high-quality standards\n\n* Keep up to date on new workflows, technologies and systems\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSkills & Requirements\n\n\n* Minimum 2-year experience in Leading Technical Art teams in video games\n\n* 5+ years as a Senior Technical Artist role\n\n* Solid knowledge of procedural systems and tools (Unreal engine blueprints, Houdini and equivalent)\n\n* Solid portfolio demonstrates your technical art skills\n\n\n\n\n\n* Excellent knowledge on the game art pipeline\n\n* Solid experience on Unreal Engine\n\n* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties\n\n* Training and tutoring skills are a plus\n\n* Experience in a full game art creation pipeline (characters, environments, vehicles, vfx and sound)\n\n* Good artistic vision\n\n* Ability to create technical documentations\n\n* Knowledge in the following tech-art areas: Materials / Shading, Scripting, Lighting, Rendering, VFX, Rigging and animation, simulation systems\n\n* AA+ game experience\n\n* Fluency in English\n\n\n\n\nIf you are interested in creating something new in game development space, this is your chance to be part of something huge!
