Senior Fullstack/Backend DeFi & Web3 Engineer - Remote\nPremia is a decentralized options platform connecting traders and liquidity providers of all backgrounds. Premia offers first-of-its-kind automated market maker solutions in the DeFi space for Options Contracts through our use of Smart Liquidity Pools and Dynamic Pricing. Premia enables best-in-class pricing based on market volatility, providing fully-featured peer-to-pool trading and capital efficiency to DeFi options.\nWe are one of the smallest and most impactful teams in crypto. We are a globally distributed organization, with all positions being fully remote.\nWe're seeking a passionate, self-motivated Senior Fullstack/Backend Engineer to help us build the next generation of decentralized financial products. As a key engineering team member, you will take ownership of our backend systems and infrastructure while contributing to our user-facing products. You will focus on delivering high-performance, scalable solutions that power our trading platforms, analytics, and more.\nWho are you?\nA senior-level fullstack/backend engineer with strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and relevant backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, databases, cloud platforms). You are a crypto-native with hands-on experience developing decentralized applications leveraging blockchain technology, preferably EVM-compatible.\nYou are passionate about building cutting-edge technology for the next iteration of the internet with the use of cryptography and understand the importance of building scalable, efficient backend systems to support user-friendly web3 applications.\nYou have experience and are culturally aligned with fast-moving small teams. You have also worked at remote (globally distributed) startups. You are self-driven, comfortable wearing many hats, and can swiftly ship high-quality code when needed.
