\nThe Role:\n\nA Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for creating user experience by designing and implementing end user productivity, collaboration, and project management tools. The engineer will be responsible to maintain on premise and cloud infrastructure at scale. He will work with all the stakeholders to collect business or technology requirement and delivering the technology outcomes\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\n\nDesign and implement agile innovative solutions on the cloud and on premise to improve user productivity and engagement. \n\nShould work on modern technology that allows standardisation, improving customer experience and optimisations.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements, create project plans and work with stakeholders to complete the project. \n\nIdentify and implement standard tool sets to reduce complexity and support operational goals for increasing automation across the enterprise.\n\nWork closely with multiple businesses and technology teams on technical challenges and process improvements. \n\nDevelop processes and procedures to integrate multiple computing and collaboration environments at scale. \n\nGood to be certified in ITIL, TOGAF, Agile (one of them).\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid Peer-to-Peer training and leadership skills.\n\n\n\n\nMandatory Qualifications:\n\n\n4+ years designing and implementing end user computing solutions in a cloud first environment. Azure AD, JAMF, Intune, AWS, Google Workspace etc.\n\n4+ years implementing and administering Azure Active Directory in an enterprise environment.\n\n4+ Years in integrating and implementing Collaboration solutions into corporate environments like ZOOM, Gmail, Microsoft Teams. \n\nDecent understanding of cloud technologies and automation focused on end user computing solutions. Scripting and Automation experience with PowerShell, Python, etc. \n\nDeep understanding of supporting a remote first, cloud first, end user computing environment. \n\nDeep understanding of Windows and MacOS best practices (Deployment, Security, Patching).\n\nAdvanced end user computing hardware troubleshooting skills ( Windows laptops\desktops, MacBooks, iOS\Android mobile device). \n\n\n\n\nGood to have:\n\n\nAzure AZ-900 \n\nGoogle IT Support Professional Certificate.\n\n\n\n\nLocation: Bangalore \n\n#Salary and compensation\n

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Experience leading a team of developers and managing software development projects from inception to delivery.
Expert proficiency with frontend development HTML, SCSS, EJS JavaScript, SCSS, React.js
Proficiency with React.js SSR technologies, frameworks and tooling, such as Next.js.
Expert proficiency in back-end languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Expert proficiency with modern ORM technologies like Prisma, and query languages for APIs (GraphQL)
Expert proficiency working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Expert proficiency with Docker
Experience with GraphQL Nexus is a plus!
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, CI/CD, and cloud computing.
Strong routine in test-drive development with attention to unit tests, integration tests and API tests.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
