At [Saga](https://saga.so), we are looking for multiple Full Stack Engineers to join our Engineering team. We are a small (but growing) remote company building a platform to connect knowledge and give teams contextual information at a glance.\n\nWhat makes Saga different is the ability to author content while having an overview of any piece of information that might be relevant to your current work.\n\n### What working for our Engineering Team will be:\n\n* We will explore two core directions in the next year: 1) make Saga the best tool for teams to collaborate on knowledge creation; 2) integrate Saga with external tools to allow teams to have an overview of their extended knowledge.\n* No stone left unturned: as we’re a small team collaborating on every issue, expect to touch every part of the product at some point, from frontend to backend to scaling our infrastructure. This doesn’t mean you need to know it all already. Every team member brings in their unique expertise, and we all learn from each other.\n* Collaboration over individual contribution. We collaborate most of the time over video. This means pair programming and deciding as a group how to move forward with any issue. Every two weeks, we decide together what to focus on, then we tackle those problems together to completion.\n* Flexible working hours. We strive to work together as much as possible to increase our collective throughput, but you will be able to set your own schedule and adjust your hours depending on your needs.\n* You will face hard technical challenges. We need to scale our product to digest information of ever-increasing orders of magnitude while keeping the user experience as simple as it can be.\n* Customer-facing, always. We have communities on Discord, Slack, and Reddit, you will be able to assess directly user feedback and iterate on it.\nOpen-source. We support and actively contribute to open source libraries that power Saga. You will have a chance to work on software that will be used by the open-source community at large.\n\n### What we’re looking for:\n\n* You have experience with (or interest in) React, Typescript, Node.js. Optionally, you have experience with GraphQL, Postgres, Firebase.\n* Bonus points if you have experience with one of: indexing and search engines; managing infrastructure at scale; CRDTs, and real-time collaboration libraries.\n* You know how to start a project from scratch. You have built an impressive side project, led a project in your day job or at school or you have been a founder before.\n* You think product-first. You want to create something used and loved by millions and are careful about shipping with customers in mind.\n* You can use your communication skills to make remote work a joy. You will seldomly see your colleagues in person, therefore communication is key. We document everything we do, and strive to have an open communication culture.\n\n### What we offer in return:\n\n- Generous compensation and employee-friendly equity options in Saga\n- 25 days paid vacation days on top of public holidays in your country\n- Flexible working hours\n- Home office equipment\n- Team retreats every few months in beautiful locations around the world (depending on Covid situation)\n\nPlease note that benefits may vary by country. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask us.\n\n### Diversity and inclusion:\n\nWe think diversity makes any company the best company it can be. We believe different backgrounds mean different points of view that can make us stronger and more robust as a company. We welcome people who are not afraid to challenge assumptions. We all live in different countries, speak different languages, have been or still are immigrants ourselves. We all had unorthodox careers, before starting Saga.\n\nNo matter where you come from or what your background is, we want to hear from you! \n\nIf you have any disability that might impact the interview process, please let us know if there’s any way we can make it better for you! \n\n#Salary and compensation\n$60,000 — $80,000/year\n\n\n#Location\n🌏 Worldwide

### **Who we are**\n\nClubhouse was built by software engineers with the goal of making project management software less painful, more collaborative, and help software development teams do their best work. The platform combines a simple, modern UI with enterprise-grade tools, allowing technology companies to plan and manage their projects effectively, visualize progress across the organization, and define deadlines and milestones based upon data and predictive modeling.\n\nWhat originally started as a Hack Day project has grown into a product that is used by more than 1,500 companies across the globe...and we have big plans to continue our growth. We currently have 35 employees worldwide, an HQ in New York City, and we’re backed by some of the best investors in tech.\n\nClubhouse’s engineering team is a diverse mix of individuals with experience at large and small companies and with a range of technical skill. We’re growing our Frontend Team and are looking for both mid-level and senior engineers who have experience working across the web stack. While most work will concentrate on building front end features and scaling our existing web systems, you may also work on projects that involve building components that interact with our infrastructure or database.\n\nOur Frontend is written in JavaScript and we use React as our library of choice. Learn more about the tools the team uses to develop some of our products [here.] (https://clubhouse.io/blog/behind-the-new-clubhouse-saas-marketing-site-tech-stack/)\n\n### **What we look for**\n\n* Previous experience providing technical and architectural guidance \n* Previous work experience, ideally as a front-end engineer, (full stack with a front-end focus will also be considered), working on an application with thousands of end-users\n* Experience working in React \n* Experience working with JS build tools like Webpack and Babel\n* Strong prioritization and communication skills and comfort managing priorities that shift\n* Collaboration skills: you’ve worked effectively with product and design teams in the past\n\n### **What we offer**\n\n* In addition to a competitive salary and benefits, we’re offering a meaningful equity stake in the company.\n* You’ll be working on a product built specifically for software companies, with the aim of improving the lives of its users. We want you to help guide the product, not just build it for us.\n* You will be part of a small, professional and fast-moving team. Our work day is not broken up by meetings. Our codebase is small and well-tested. We contribute to the open source movement. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n$130,000 — $200,000/year\n\n\n#Location\n🌏 Worldwide

**About Us**\n\nRoger was founded to make day-to-day financial operations like bill pay, expense management, compliance and bookkeeping as worry-free as possible for business owners, finance teams, accountants and bookkeepers. Roger works as an automated layer on top of a company's accounting software, saving businesses and accountants hours of work every day. We're proud of the product that we've built so far, and our global customer base agree that we're making something complex and tedious simple and maybe even fun.\nWe are backed by some of the best investors in the financial technology space, and most recently raised $7.5m from QED, Silicon Valley Bank and others. Joining Roger is a unique opportunity to join a team that's still small enough to be nimble but has great financial backing and cares about building an excellent product experience and a great team. We hire for attitude and not credentials. Please apply regardless of your educational background.\n\n**The Opportunity**\n\nThe Roger web application is the client with the highest usage by customers and users. A great web experience is essential for an excellent overall customer experience in Roger, and it's a priority for us to invest in improving and building out our web offering.\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to be an integral part of the small clients team (iOS, Android, Web). You'll be able to take a leading role in delivering an excellent web experience to our 1,000+ customers and our thousands of users. Your primary tasks will include:\n\n* Working with the product and backend engineering team to implement new features on the frontend\n* Making sure the web client can scale 7-10x in the next year\n* Maintaining security and stability during rapid growth\n* Help mitigate and resolve bugs / work with the customer support team to resolve frontend bugs\n\nYou'll be working collaboratively with the rest of the engineering team as well as with the product team to drive the implementation and release of new features. You'll get familiar with all parts of our stack from end to end, and will drive positive change to Roger's engineering culture, processes and technology. We see this role as a unique chance to take a large ownership over an important piece of the Roger product, and grow into any role you see yourself in as we expand the team and the product.\n\n**The Team**\n\nThe engineering team is characterized by a high degree of support internally. We help each other out and pitch in when problems arise as well as give each other feedback to grow. Our top priority is to build the world's best financial automation platforms, while keeping our users safe and compliant. Scalability, reliability and robustness are keywords we live by but we also get excited about building out feature MVPs quickly to keep our innovative reputation with customers and partners alive and well at all times.\n\n**The Stack**\n\nWe use as a frontend stack React/Redux for modularity, simplicity and speed of development. Tests are run in Jest and Puppeteer and our landing sites are optimized for server-side rendering using Next.js. Our backend / API is built in C# / .NET for it’s robustness and security and our machine learning runs on Python.\nSome of the tools we use are Lamda (for integrations), AWS, Bugsnag, Heroku, CircleCI and other great tools to keep our development processes running smoothly.\n\n**Our Values**\n\nWe're a global company with offices in Copenhagen and San Francisco. Our values are heavily influenced by our Scandinavian roots (both founders are from Denmark), and count humility, humor and inclusiveness. We strive to create a culture where anyone feels part of the family, and we place a great amount of value in hiring for attitude rather than resumes. We support flexibility in everyone's lives, and working at Roger can be easily combined with babies, toddlers and teenagers. We have two primary office locations but have a remote culture that we put a lot of effort into as we believe great talent can be found anywhere. As a remote worker you can be sure to feel like you are as much part of the team as those who come to an office every day. About every 6 months we all get together in person. Our last trips took us to Greece and Spain. Everyone on the team shares a passion for creating the best possible product and user experience, and that is something we value in future team members as well.\n\n**The Roger Story**\n\nRoger's founders started the company after exiting their first startup to Cisco Systems. Having experienced all the frustrations with daily financial operations when starting previous ventures, the first gist of an idea for Roger was born in 2016. Since then, international investors from both Europe and the US have supported the growth of the team and the customer base, and the product is now used and loved by thousands of customers worldwide.\nRoger is an equal opportunity employer. We strive to maintain and develop our inclusive work environment and welcome members of all backgrounds and perspectives. \n\n# Requirements\n* Customer empathy and the ability to think through customer needs and come up with clever ways solve their problems is something you're good at and excited about\n* You have an interest in building robust UIs with modern tools like ES6, React, Redux\n* You're passionate about building production-ready features fast\n* You have a high bar for the quality of code and automating repetitive development tasks as well as a high attention to detail \n\n#Salary and compensation\n$1/year\n\n\n#Location\n🌏 Worldwide

Private Business Network is an enterprise VPN and cyber security solution being developed by the makers of Private Internet Access (PIA), one of the world's leading consumer VPN services. We are building a next-generation cyber security product for SMBs that want the ease-of-use of a consumer VPN (On/Off), but need centralized management, powerful web filtering, and end-to-end encrypted audit logging. The product is currently in internal beta and launching later this summer.\n\n\n\nYour challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to lead the development of the backend VPN infrastructure, custom VPN client/server framework, and cross-platform VPN clients. It is full-stack in the truest sense, with roughly a 75% backend and 25% frontend split, although not in the sense of a traditional web app. The frontend consists of VPN clients using webview technologies (custom, not Electron). Knowledge of Win32 and macOS Cocoa will be helpful in making the apps feel at home on these platforms.\n\n\n\nIn addition, there are plenty of opportunities to work on various different parts of the product, including end-to-end encrypted audit logging, cryptographic key management, single-sign on (SSO), device management (MDM), configuration management, and more.\n\n\n\nOur infrastructure is managed with Packer, Terraform, and Docker and we use both AWS and bare metal hosting providers. We're strong believers in a "less is more" philosophy and still use Makefiles and shell scripts with a sprinkle of Python in our build process.\n\n\n\nWe are a fully-remote company, although sometimes our team members like to be in the same part of the world, it is by no means a requirement. Currently, we are just a handful of people, but we want to cultivate a transparent and friendly culture where everybody feels like they are connected and part of a team that is building something awesome!\n\n\n\nCompensation Salary DOE ($120,000 - $150,000 USD) | Health/Dental/Vision paid 100% for U.S. Employees | Flexible Vacation Time | Employer paid STD, LTD, and Life/AD&D | Additional perks if on-site in Denver, CO office, such as lunch/snack and transportation benefits. \n\n# Requirements\n* Cross-platform (native or hybrid) app development experience (macOS, Windows, Linux)\n\n* Familiar with network protocol design, C10K problem, and Go garbage collector highly desired\n\n* Secure systems design experience is a nice to have (cryptography, AWS KMS, Secrets Manager, etc.)\n\n* Experience containerizing applications using Docker (e.g., Kubernetes concepts desired!)\n\n* Familiarity with Curve25519, ECDH, secret sharing, WireGuard, osquery, MDM, etc. are a huge plus! \n\n#Salary and compensation\n$120,000 - $150,000/year\n

[suture digital](https://sutu.re/) is a software design + development consultancy.\n\nWe work with startups or large companies who need software designed and / or engineered.\n\nWe build apps from scratch sometimes - other times we take a "tech doctor" approach to fixing slow and buggy pre-existing codebases.\n\nAt suture, we're capable of handling the entire process of software engineering, and as such we are seeking software engineering generalists - mostly web focused - to add to our team. \n\n# Requirements\nApplicants should have ~3+ years of experience, majority remote, with a track record of shipping and ability to self-manage to a reasonable degree.\n\nWe are ideally looking for someone with excellent command of both front-end (mostly React+ES6) and back-end (Node, Rails, Elixir) technologies.\nYou should know your way around a unix environment comfortably.\nWe expect that you have a good bit of experience with modern Javascript / ES6.\n\nElixir, GraphQL, Elm and ReasonML are all huge pluses! We like functional programming a lot.

You are clear and concise in your writing, but know when it is best to hop on a call.\n* Love learning from and teaching others.\n* Have an eye for great design.\n* Live in the continental US\n\n\n###You probably have:\n* Years of experience building SPAs and using a JS framework (Vue, React, Angular, etc.), but you don’t need a framework to be a JavaScript ninja.\n* Deep knowledge of CSS, semantic HTML, and Git.\n* Experience using a type system like Flow or TypeScript.\n* An appreciation for writing unit and integration tests.\n* Bonus - experience configuring build systems\n\n\n###You will:\n* Prioritize, build, design, and ship new features.\n* Participate in product direction + design\n* Help develop internal engineering processes as the team grows\n\n\n \n\n# Requirements\nSend a resume and cover letter (optional) to [email protected]

🚨No agencies and dev shops please!\n\nSmartbnb is a bootstrapped company whose core product currently helps short-term rental businesses manage and automate over 60,000 properties. We are a growing team of 6 passionate people with plans to expand rapidly by the end of 2018.\n\nWith multiple new product launches on the horizon and several more planned before the end of the year, you will be joining the company at a time of explosive growth. Your presence will have a very real impact on the company’s value.\n\nWe are looking for a Frontend Web Developer to join our tech team’s efforts to supercharge our PHP web application. You will be working directly with Pierre-Camille, our founder, who developed the original product from scratch, as well as with all members of the tech, marketing, and success teams.\n\nOur company is fully distributed and remote. We believe and fully embrace that your best environment is wherever you - personally - feel the most productive and comfortable for day-to-day work. Nevertheless, we organise frequent meetups and retreats for the team to physically meet throughout the year. The last two trips were to Lisbon/Cascais and Paris!\n\n\n\n⭐️ **What you will do: **⭐️\n\n• You will be our web app’s interior designer.\n\n• You will be responsible both for our public site’s and the web app’s frontend code, through layout, elegant presentation, visual functionality, and compatibility across a wide range of browser versions and form factors.\n\n• You will be in charge of completely overhauling our legacy, spaghetti frontend javascript into a unified, beautifully-structured, and testable web app.\n\n• You will take charge of your own work and proactively suggest improvements.\n\n• In a remote environment you will be responsible for your own time and results – there will be no babysitting.\n\n\n\n✅ **What you will need to succeed:** ✅\n\n• UX Geek: you know how to strike the right balance between swanky animation and Zen-like simplicity to drive great user experiences.\n\n• Independent: you are self-motivated, take initiative, and are a strong communicator. You are results-driven and willing to learn and improve yourself.\n\n• Technical Ninja: proficient at vanilla Javascript and PHP, Vue.js 2.x or Angular 4/5/6, Twig/Blade/Handlebars templating, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 (all the good stuff), semantic/schema markup, LESS/SCSS, Webpack and/or Gulp, and Git, backed by 5+ years of frontend development experience.\n\n• Interface Artisan: you can clearly describe data structure requirements as well as points of entry for your frontend code, enabling other developers to integrate their frontend and backend code painlessly.\n\n• Caring Developer: you recognise that your code and work impact not only the customers but also the rest of the team. You conduct yourself with professionalism and respect not only in meetings but also in how you structure your code and in the documentation that you write.\n\n• Superb English fluency: we are an international team and clear communication is vital. It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) that you absolutely must have the ability to participate in frequent video meetings.\n\n• The product team is based in Europe, so at the moment we are looking for developers who are based within the same general time zones (UTC±3). \n\n\n\n🍰 **Brownie points:** 🍰\n\n• You have experience with unit and automated functionality testing of frontend code using tools like Jasmine, Karma, Chai, Selenium, PhantomJS, and/or Sinon.\n\n• Interactive Git rebasing doesn’t sound like voodoo to you.\n\n• You’ve used 🐬🤯🔥in Git commit messages.\n\n• You’re pretty darn good at interface design and color palettes.\n\n• Typescript experience.\n\n(Let us know how many 🍰 you deserve.)\n\n\n\n🎉 **What we offer:** 🎉\n\n• Competitive salary, including the possibility of stock options.\n\n• Ample paid leave, in addition to maternity and paternity leave.\n\n• A great support structure: we are here for you.\n\n• Flexible contract. You will work independently where you are most productive and happiest, with flexible weekday hours.\n\n• All the resources and tools that you need to succeed \n\n• Join a fast-growing startup and be part of the force that shapes the company in the years to come!\n \n\n# Requirements\nWe are solving global short-term rental automation. Are you in?
