\nYour Opportunity at ARCโ€™TERYX:\nAs the Senior Salesforce Marketing Engineer you develop, deploy, analyze, utilize, and maintain software, tools, applications, and information systems to meet the business requirements of the company in a demanding global marketplace. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the Salesforce CRM platforms, as well as coach peer developers, support activities, and contribute to the technology strategy for Arcโ€™teryx.  \n You will also contribute to the architecture, design methodology, and technology strategy alongside architects and the development lead. Your balance of strong technical skills, technology acumen, and people skills contributes to consistent, high-quality, and timely solutions for the internal business clients.\n\n\nThis role can be hired remote. Business operations occur in Pacific time zone.\n\n\nMeet Your Future Team:\n \nYou will be working on a small and collaborative team that works with many departments across Arcโ€™teryx. We value learning and growth and strive to deliver the best solutions to the teams using Salesforce and other systems.\n \nThe team is responsible for building and maintaining our CRM. \n Your Opportunity at ARCโ€™TERYX:\nAs the Senior Software Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for testing new and modified software and ensuring that it meets Arcโ€™teryxโ€™s standards. Testing work includes strategy, planning, and the execution of tests, using a variety of techniques that range from manual testing, to load testing, and accessibility testing and test automation. You will collaborate closely with Software Developers and Business Analysts to help troubleshoot defects, and to communicate information about quality and risk to the project team. You will also assist with developing and mentoring other QA team members and will support initiatives within the QA group. A Senior QA Analyst is expected to show leadership skills, and technical knowledge that elevates the team, and enhances our ability to support the software development process.\n\n\nThis role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Your primary goal will be to optimize customer lifecycle development to bolster both customer acquisition and retention through various channels. This entails refining our Omnichannel DTC Guest Insights and analytical capacities. Your duties will involve analyzing customer data to pinpoint trends and areas ripe for improvement, devising strategies to enhance DTC guest insights, and establishing a CRM framework that aligns with our commercial objectives, with a particular emphasis on omnichannel guest insights.\n\n\nThis role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. guiding the design and provision of recommendations in guest insights research, with a focus on the integration of retail and guest services\n* Collaborating on analytical models focused on comprehending and predicting guest behavior and attitudes, aiding decision-making processes and monitoring outcomes, with a focus on guest lifetime value (LTV) and Recency, Frequency, Monetary (RFM) analysis\n* Taking ownership of the CRM strategy, including communication planning, drip campaign architecture, integrations, technology enablement, program evolution and testing\n* Partnering with counterparts in advanced analytics, customer loyalty/engagement, competitive intelligence, UX design research, merchandising, and marketing services to provide best-in-class insights and a comprehensive view of shoppers\n* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a clear vision and objectives for the loyalty program integration and to to track customer engagement, retention rates, and overall program performance.\n* Collaborating with IT teams to integrate the loyalty program seamlessly into existing CRM systems and platforms.\n* Delivering analysis and recommendations through presentations and written reports to senior leadership, providing updates on guest profiles, sharing insights, and making recommendations for future actions\n* Serving as the marketing business lead for Salesforce Marketing Technology and a Data Lakehouse implementation, ensuring effective utilization and integration of these tools to support omnichannel guest execution\n\n\n\nHere The Quality Assurance Specialist will assist the Compliance Manager & QA Safety & Facilities Manager with document organization, document control, and activities supporting Fullscriptโ€™s cGMP practices. \n\n\nThe Quality Assurance Specialist will assist with Customer complaint activities, including tracking, review and logging, and supplier notifications. The Quality Assurance Specialist will assist with training records and responsibilities, including cGMP training.
