It is a senior and highly motivated team. Your mission will be to keep the engineering team moving quickly and flexibly and shape and foster the engineering culture for the company.\n\nYou’ll effectively bridge communication from business leaders to the engineering team, and vice versa. You’ll help the team maintain a healthy pace for long-term sustainability by carefully balancing velocity vs. technical debt.
