We facilitate the creation and management of visits and streamline the association of key data with visits (such as the care needs of the client, billing and payment info, clock-in and clock-out times, and more). \n\nWe enable care operations by answering important questions like โ€œwhich caregivers are available and qualified to work with this client?โ€ and โ€œwhat are the optimal caregiver assignments for a set of clients?โ€. Our team supports vertical user flows related to schedule and calendar management, as well as robust APIs to expose visit details, search visits and caregiver availability, and modify scheduled care.\n\nOur team partners closely with data science to enable system-optimized caregiver assignments at scale.\n\nWe have an exciting runway ahead of us. As Honorโ€™s Care Platform grows quickly, building robust and scalable systems is critical. You will also be a leader within the business, pushing the Event agenda amongst the wider company, showcasing what the Event team has been pushing forward with.\n\n\nFinally you will be data & analytics focused, obsessed with the performance of every eventโ€ฆ you will pride yourself on your ability to continually fine tune our approach to events as you integrate real-time learnings into every event we do.\n\n\n\nWHAT YOUโ€™LL ACHIEVE:\n* Spearhead IoTeX / MachineFi strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team training for attendees (elevator pitch, demos, etc.), maintain pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance.\n* Oversee the design and build of new Event Showcase, ensuring this build is malleable in construction so as to enable contextually relevant delivery and build expansion.\n* Manage the delivery of every event through our Event Management process, which we expect you to build on and further develop.\n* Work with Marketing & Business Development to organize and staff events, briefing and educating teams prior to attendance, so as to ensure a unified narrative is being adopted and delivered.\n* Work with Tech Teams & Partners to ensure our latest products and technologies are being showcased and experienced in the best possible light.\n* Work with Business Development to develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.\n* Negotiate and execute contracts for large- and small-scale events.\n* Travel frequently โ€“ up to 50 percent of your time will be spent traveling to various events.\n* Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM, email marketing, project management, and similar systems.\n* Grow and Manage a team of event marketing specialists.\n* Build relationships with IoTeX & MachineFi prospects on a one-to-one basis.\n* Deliver IoTeX/MachineFi presentation at events if key people cannot attend.\n* Run at-event workshops, showcasing our latest technologies.\n* Organize the most relevant on-brand side events.\n* Interact with key decision makers and account-holders.\n* Work with in-house designers to ensure the event display accurately represents our brand.\n* Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways.
