You'll need to champion CRO, educate potential clients, and develop our processes. We have the opportunity to help hundreds of product businesses and agencies in our target market, and we need you to help us do that.\n\n**This position breaks down as follows:**\n\n* 50% managing and delivering client projects\n* 25% hands-on CRO work\n* 25% internal CRO projects\n\n# Responsibilities\n **Your main responsibilities include:**\n\n* Deliver our CRO services to clients, including: email marketing campaigns, conversion-focused copy, and some A/B testing. You'll do some of this work directly yourself, and some of this work will be done with external contractors. You’ll own and manage these projects.\n* Offer expert consultancy on CRO to our clients through our CRO and Marketing Audits, and our own marketing efforts.\n* Collect, report, and analyse data across all our projects to ensure we deliver the best service to clients. You’ll support the business by improving our methods for monitoring client data, then providing actionable insights to the rest of the team and clients.\n* We'll work with you to develop our CRO services, and you have the opportunity to develop these. We currently handle a handful of CRO, copy, and email projects. She/he will provide support for all aspects of on-site conversion optimization from analyzing, planning, strategizing and executing on implementation and reporting and metrics.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPerforming “always on” A/B, multivariate, website & mobile usability, and web CRO testing with a specific focus on mobile.\n\n\n\nTracking, reporting, and executing on desktop & mobile analytics and customer insights to improve user conversions.\n\n\n\nResearching CRO best practices and benchmarking against competitor sites.\n\n\n\nConsistently monitor SEO for hygiene & best practices (including title tags, canonical tags, H1’s, ALT tags, meta descriptions, redirects (301, 302), robots.txt, sitemaps, backlinks, etc.).\n\n\n\nMonitor, track & analyze current and potential keyword and integration.\n\n\n\nSuggesting improvements to responsive architecture, UX and proactively correcting technical SEO issues.\n\n\n\nPartnering with content team to attract qualified leads based on inbound marketing practices.\n\n\n\nWorking cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure SEO & CRO best practices are followed.\n\n\n\nStaying abreast of the latest CRO & SEO changes and industry trends.\n\n\n\nCoordinate efforts with Digital Marketing colleagues who work on PPC, Facebook Advertising, Social Media, and other paid online campaigns.\n\n\n\nProvide support for the broader Marketing team on projects as needed, with an eye for organic search opportunities.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\nMust have 1 - 3 years of experience with CRO and SEO Onpage and Offpage optimization best practices.\n\n\n\nKnowledge on mobile ranking factors and the latest trends and best practices in Mobile SEO and mobile landing page optimization.\n\n\n\nSolid understanding of CRO, performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition through A/B and multivariate experiments.\n\n\n\nExperience with website optimization & management tools:\n\n\n\nGoogle Analytics, Google Search Console & Google Tag Manager, MozPro & Local, Google Optimize, GTMetrix & Screaming Frog.\n\n\n\nStrong technical skill-set in working with various CMS systems (experience with Webflow a plus).\n\n\n\nOptional: Experience with Mixpanel & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other Inbound marketing platforms).\n\n\n\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.\n\n\n\nProficient use of G-Suite based tools used to create, modify or distribute information.\n\n\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and proactively seek and recommend solutions.\n\n\n\nCapacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as part of a collaborative team.\n\n\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally and understanding of a variety of cultures.\n\n\n\nExperience working in a startup.\n\n\n\nBachelor’s Degree.\n\n\n\nQualities\n\n\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and proactively seek and recommend solutions.\n\n\n\nCapacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as part of a collaborative team.\n\n\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally and understanding of a variety of cultures.\n\n\n\nSeniority Level\n\nMid-Senior level\n\n\n\nIndustry\n\nLeisure, Travel & Tourism\n\nEmployment Type\n\nFull-time\n\n\n\nJob Functions\n\nMarketing\n\n
