\nHelp develop and implement an overall test automation strategy for unit, system, and load testing\n\nDrive improvements in tools supporting Test Driven Development\n\nOwn and evolve the test structures by working with development teams to align with application modules and use cases\n\nDesign and construct data-agnostic tests that can be used as reference implementations that others can follow\n\nImprove existing test automation suite (i.e. make them faster, more flexible and easier to use)\n\nMonitor test quality to ensure alignment with test automation standards\n\nWork with development peers to ensure consistency of test development\n\nTrack the coverage of the unit tests across a functional area and insert new test cases as necessary\n\nMonitor passed vs. failed tests throughout a product release cycle and utilize our issue tracking tool to log bugs and/or enhancement requests
