We want a very experienced Automation Engineer to help us get our end-to-end test suite to the next level as we quickly build out new features and functionality for our direct sales/ecommerce platform. It's an exciting microservice architecture of 17 loosely coupled Rails services. It’s in production, supporting multiple brands and driving millions of dollars of revenue every month from US sales.

We are looking for a talented Mobile Product Manager to drive development for key products in our client’s portfolio. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Chief Product Officer to execute against the strategy for a suite of IOS, Android, and mobile web apps.

Your primary responsibility will be delivery of product initiatives and releases. This includes managing the product backlog, advocating for end-user and business needs, and working side by side with the design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality and innovative mobile experiences.

To be successful in this role, you must be excellent at both tactical execution and strategic thinking. You should enjoy discussing details with engineers and designers, while being equally comfortable presenting to clients and senior management.

This is a long-term contract position either working remotely or from our Barcelona office.

You will:

• Work with the client to understand key business needs and the needs of their end customer.
  
• Identify key milestones and releases for the product.
  
• Define, deliver, and communicate detailed user stories
  
• Collaborate with both the client and Whitespecte design team to develops visuals and provide assets to the development team
  
• Lead the team’s grooming and sprint planning sessions, and ensure all work is ready at the start of the sprint.
  
• Communicate project objectives, timelines, and status.
  
• Collaborate with the client on launch planning and customer communications
  
• Define key success metrics and analyze user feedback and analytics to identify areas for opportunity or improvement
  
  
  

  Required Experience/Skills:
  

  
  

• 3+ years in a Product Management role, working daily with a development team
  
• 2+ years working on Mobile-specific products
  
• Excellent written and speaking skills in English. You must have experience working with a US or UK-based company.
  
• Strong knowledge of and passion for mobile UI/UX. You should be able to create wireframes that effectively express your ideas and enjoy collaborating closely with designers.
  
  
  We work on fast iteration cycles and tight deadlines using an agile/scrum methodology: 2 week sprints, with daily stand ups, sprint planning and sprint reviews.
  
  We work mainly in European time, with some meetings later to cross over with the West Coast of the US. US-based candidates on the East Coast can apply if you’re comfortable starting earlier in the day.
