Utilizing your technical background, customer-focused project management, and problem-solving skills, you will provide expert guidance through maintenance and operation for customers to accomplish their goals using the Jitsushoka system. In addition, you will lead and manage implementation projects when starting a new project.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n* Establish close, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders to understand and act on customer needs\n* Provide support to existing customers to ensure the stable operation of our solutions (handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting)\n* Assist existing customers to materialize changes or additions to their business models\n* Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential problems, and identify mitigation strategies\n* Be transparent in all communications and reflective in conducting post-project assessments — identify learnings that will help improve the overall process\n* Provide consultation to customers (via product demonstrations and team meetings) on accomplishing customers’ goals utilizing Jitsuhoka\n* Manage the Veeva resources and budget, including preparation of as-needed change orders\n* Manage day-to-day project activities and project administration\n* Enable your team to focus on solution design, prototyping, configuration, training, and documentation\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* 5+ years of work experience in system operation and maintenance especially work on troubleshooting and error analysis\n* Experience using software in SQL\n* Proven track record of meeting project timelines/deliverables and attention to detail, process, deadlines, and quality results\n* Strong technical expertise with the ability to do hands-on projects and lead teams\n* Have 3+ years of relevant experience in either the life sciences industry or technology vendors\n* Fluent in Japanese\n\n\n\nNice to Have\n* Experience configuring/supporting/implementing any of the following types of products: CRM: Salesforce.com, etc., or MDM (Master Data Management)\n* Presentation skills\n* Experience with Veeva applications\n* Project management experiences\n* Experience with project staffing\n* Experience with Jitsushoka business\n\n\n\n\n\n#LI-Remote\n\n\nVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world. \n\n\nVeeva is an equal opportunity employer.
