\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nTripda is looking for an organized, energetic manager who can lead our Campus Ambassador program and help Tripda quickly & successfully launch at all prioritized schools.\n\n• Identify and recruit Campus Ambassadors at prioritized schools\n• Develop onboarding / training materials to educate Campus Ambassadors about Tripda’s mission and product \n• Create & implement strategy to motivate & incentivize Campus Ambassadors\n• Suggest & Distribute giveaway items to generate brand awareness\n• Create and share templates for Campus Ambassadors to use when writing emails, Facebook posts, or Twitter posts to ensure the Tripda message is unified and communicates the key points of our value proposition while still customized for each individual community. \n• Track Campus Ambassadors’ progress and performance on a daily and weekly basis \n• Explore potential supply/demand generation bursts by sourcing key travel events near each school \n• Conduct and collect market research from Campus Ambassadors and other sources to determine effective recruiting methods and obtain direct feedback on product features & functionality \n \n\n#Salary\n40000 - 80000\n \n\n#Equity\n0.01 - 0.01\nyagJzhkdapAsCMnUw7CpJAMi\n\n#Location\n- New York City
