Together we can push the limits of what can be achieved for everybody. \n\nWho We’re Looking For:\n\nWe are looking for a motivated Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for preparing, collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data points such forecasts, weekly sell-thru performance, and inventory health.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Strategically and tactically manage joint business priorities and develop strong relationships with the merchant teams at key national retail partners\n\nIdentify opportunities for additional revenue with prospective accounts\n\nCollect information and develop Account Plans for major opportunities\n\nMaintain a sales program based on customer’s needs and competitive activities\n\nOutline goals, scope, deliverables, and required resources, budget and timing\n\nAccurately report and forecast the business which would include monthly sales, promotions, and initiatives\n\nEnsure client goals are met through proactive management and optimization\n\nKeep records using CRM system on all phases of account activity\n\nDevelop and own customer relationships and the joint business planning process\n\nWork with internal teams to ensure proper support to drive your business goals and manage client expectations\n\nEffectively manage timelines/schedules\n\nAbility to delegate tasks and manage based on urgent timelines.\n\n\n\n\nThe Right Person Would Have:\n\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred\n\nExperience with big box Retail accounts needed \n\n2+ years experience and a proven track record of selling product\n\nProven ability to work towards individual and/or team goals\n\nExperience using a CRM program (Salesforce a plus)\n\nExperience managing a large territory\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\n\n\n\n#LI-REMOTE\n\n#Location\nLos Angeles, California, United States
