We use Slack to communicate within the team. {linebreak}{linebreak}# WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR{linebreak}{linebreak}You will help our team to grow and provide best practice guidance to make sure we are building the right software at the right time. {linebreak}{linebreak}You: {linebreak}{linebreak}- understand that the job of a tech startup is to ship product that customers use and love{linebreak}- love to write code, because that’s your main job with us{linebreak}- have deep expertise in our stack so that you can hit the ground running{linebreak}- will create decision matrices for major architectural decisions{linebreak}- will maintain a clean code base{linebreak}- will maintain documentation as needed (although we are not over documenting){linebreak}- will create and enforce code guidelines{linebreak}- will manage the team and help them improve their coding skills{linebreak}- take ownership of our whole technical stack and delivery{linebreak}- are able to discuss technical issues with our non-technical teams{linebreak}- will be excited to celebrate success as you and your team release products and features that customers around the globe love{linebreak}{linebreak}You're not a middle manager – you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and cut code, and you do it often. You demonstrate best practice first hand by showing it, rather than talking about it.{linebreak}{linebreak}# YOUR BACKGROUND{linebreak}{linebreak}Our ideal candidate will have:{linebreak}{linebreak}- 5+ years in software development{linebreak}- Deep experience with the MEAN stack recently{linebreak}- 2+ years experience leading (managing) and growing a small engineering team{linebreak}- Experience working remotely, including communicating with a remote team spread across the world{linebreak}- Experience at a small rapidly growing startup (B2B SaaS preferred){linebreak}- Knowledge in agile best practice development methods and delivery technologies{linebreak}- Experience teaching others best practices and mentoring junior developers{linebreak}- Full time availability – this role is 'all in', and you will be responsible for all of the moving parts of our technology{linebreak}{linebreak}We'd love to chat more about how you can be part of Schedugram's next phase of growth.{linebreak}

# WHO WE ARE{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}Schedugram is one of the world's top platforms to help customers manage their Instagram accounts. We help brands from small businesses through to enterprises to manage their organic content.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}# WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}We have a lot of fantastic customers who are big brand advocates and love our platform.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}But it's time to take things to the next level. We're looking for someone who loves working with paid acquisition channels – think search (PPC/SEM), social and display, perhaps with a side of SEO.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}You'll work with our existing marketing manager (whose focus is mostly organic channels), our product team and our founder.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}You'll work with this team to identify the best ways for us to 'step on the gas' and drive user acquisition through these channels, and own the process end-to-end for testing, evaluating and operating them.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}# YOUR EXPERIENCE & WHAT WE EXPECT{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}This role is aimed to mostly be independent, so we are looking for someone with previous experience (3+ years) at a B2B company, ideally SaaS and selling/marketing to larger companies as well as smaller (we service F500s as well as SMEs).{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}You know your way around all of the common channels listed above, as well as relevant analytics providers (GA primarily).{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}It would be great if you have experience in this segment as well (social media software, in scheduling/analytics/management) but that's not a requirement.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}You should be analytical and always willing to back things up with numbers, and think that testing is a continuous process that is never finished.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}You'll have worked with early startups before (perhaps started your own), and understand that pace is important and want to hit the ground running. You are details-oriented and proud of the work that you do, because you produce fantastic results, and you know how to show and celebrate them.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}You understand growth models and SaaS metrics (including funnel models like AARRR).{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}Finally, you want to help build awesome products, and see customers grown and enjoy success in their own businesses.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}# THE ROLE{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}We're quite flexible about how we will approach this role - we are open to people who want to work full time with us and those want part time work. We are not planning to hire an agency – freelancers welcome, but if we were in the market for an agency we'd go and hire one!{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}Our team works around the globe – our founder is in Melbourne, Australia and the rest of the team is spread across practically every continent. You'll need some overlap with Australian business hours (2-4 hours) in the earlier days until you're up and running.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}# TO APPLY{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}Please submit your resume/CV (or a LinkedIn link) and a cover letter describing how you'd be a fantastic fit for our team.

We're looking for a React Native dev to polish off a 30% done project getting our SaaS platform's (React Native) iOS and Android apps shipped.{linebreak}{linebreak}Some of the groundwork is done for you already, but nothing to horrible and legacy to have to deal with, and we move very quickly.{linebreak}{linebreak}Experience with image transformation and B2B SaaS would be fantastic, along with obviously experience with React Native and likely a bit of native iOS/Android work.{linebreak}{linebreak}Bonus points if you have knowledge in AngularJS, as that's what the web frontend is built in, so it will help a bit with translation, but that's not a need-to-have.{linebreak}{linebreak}We're looking for somebody to work for probably around 2 months, give or take a bit. It's mostly getting 'v1' shipped out to customers, and some of the early work with direct customer feedback. It may become a long-term thing, but no guarantee (or obligation!) that things will continue - I'm happy to be upfront and of course keep you in the loop, no surprises. Would be a great project for someone with a bit of a gap in their schedule who is willing to help out a profitable B2B SaaS company.{linebreak}{linebreak}We're a small company with team members remotely around the world, helping companies worldwide (from your local cafΓ© to global brands) schedule their content to Instagram. We're pretty ambitious, so come on board!
