Quiver is a young, hungry company that is aiming to disrupt the instant messaging space in a big way. We're 100% remote and are looking to add a solid engineer that wants to take the reins on our existing iOS swift3 app while helping to design and build our next gen mobile technology in React Native.

We hope to make big contributions to the open source community, so a demonstrated track record of OS contributions would be excellent.

Also, while this is a front-end focused role, the back end will largely feature Rust, so experience with that will be a big plus.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in some combination of JavaScript and Swift
  
• Solid experience on iOS
  
• Experience​ with React (native or web)
  
• A knack for creating wonderful, nuanced user experience.
  
• Great knowledge of algorithms, profiling, and performance analysis
  
• Solid track record of working independent in remote environment
  
  Nice to haves:
  
• Experience with mock-ups for UX
  
• Interest or experience in Rust
  
• Great taste in music
  
• Desire to make a big impact
