\nIndividual will be responsible for improving the overall audio quality delivered by the Vivox system, in a methodical and measurable fashion. Specifically this includes:\n\n* Developing strategies and software for acquiring test audio data\n\n* Using that software as inputs to the Vivox System, and developing and running the tools and processes to measure the quality of the output.\n\n\n\n\n* Making recommendations and developing/integrating software to make measurable improvements in audio quality.\n\n\n

Everyone writes automated tests.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat tools and technologies will you be using?\n\n\n* We predominantly use C++ on all the major gaming consoles, mobile devices and PCs (for client code) and Centos (for server code). You might also run into plain “C”, Objective-C, Python, PHP, and Perl. (In short, you’ll get at least a PC and a Mac and VMware)\n\n* We use Subversion, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, and Crucible every day as tools to keep software churning out.\n\n\n
