clients\n\n\n* \n\nEvaluate and recommend new technologies on a regular basis to maintain technical excellence and development efficiencies both for internal use and to better service enterprise clients\n\n\n* \n\nDrive, oversee, and provide thought leadership for technology and development, internally and externally through social media engagement (Intevity blogging, LinkedIn, Twitter), speaking at industry events, one-pagers, and white paper authoring\n\n\n\n\n\nLeading, Managing and Mentoring:\n\n\n* \n\nNatural ability to coach, lead and mentor team members (e.g. technical leads,
