Responsibilities\n\nWe are looking for an awesome candidates to build this business from ground up! The Sales & Business Development Manager manages business development activities and driving sales for the Company. This role will require you to focus on outbound lead generation. You have to be dynamic, driven professionals with sound business acumen in front of heads of companies and a great people person. \n\nStrong experience in dealing with B2B industrial companies will be great, especially if you come with a roller deck of contacts from across the region, but that is not a key requirement for the role. What is key, is your willingness to build that experience from ground up and connect with industry captains and their trusted sidekicks. More importantly, you have to undisputedly love tech. \n\nThe biggest criteria of what we are looking for is someone who can drive the vision of the business and turn skeptics to believers! Making EIG a global recognized leader in its tech space!\n\nSO WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO REALLY!\n\nβ€’ Generate new business opportunities proactively, to fuel the sales pipeline.\nβ€’ Develop and manage clear business strategic, including governmental liaison.\nβ€’ Research and Build β€œcold lead” generation (i.e, cold calling, door to door, sending email) from the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.\nβ€’ Oversee marketing and communication efforts, keeping track of lead generations and enquiry to signup conversions.\nβ€’ Identify & target strategic partners relevant to EIG (eg. industrial associations. statutory bodies), developing and managing relationships on an ongoing basis.\nβ€’ Work with the cross-functional team (Products, Engineering) to grow the ecosystem of EIG, and keep abreast within the ecosystem, key influence and latest trends.\nβ€’ Deliver on KPI’s and Monthly Sales Targets for EIG business.\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n$30,000 — $39,000/year\n \n\n#Equity\n0.1 - 0.5\n\n\n#Location\nSingapore
