\nYou will be the first dedicated software tester to join a team of 3 developers. You excel at automating testing, in particular UI testing, as this will be your main focus. As you are starting from scratch, you will be able to choose and use the latest tools and technologies. You will have the opportunity to shape the QA process. You will work as part of the development team to ensure comprehensive testing is performed for all new features, enhancements and fixes, as well as improving the existing tests and processes (currently formed of unit tests, integration tests and manual testing). You will be integral to maintaining software quality. You will also contribute towards automating our build processes (continuous integration, automated build...) and our release process. You will take part in client support to increase your domain knowledge and help you think as an end user. You need good attention to detail and good UX skills (design/usability).\n\nYour responsibilities will include most of the following:\n\n\n* Automation of UI testing for our two web sites\n\n* Be good at identifying use cases, but even better at automating them\n\n* Creating repeatable tests\n\n* Web API testing\n\n* Security testing (best practices, penetration tests)\n\n* Test compliance of SOC controls\n\n* Identifying and recording bugs, verifying fixes.\n\n* Performance-based analysis, proactive measurement or monitoring to detect decrease over time\n\n* Suggest UX improvement\n\n* Provide support to clients\n\n* Technical writing, help pages\n\n* Liaise with developers to maintain test data\n\n* Cross-browser testing is a medium term goal, but not initially important \n\n\n\n\nThe current technology stack is as follow.
