\nWe’re looking for a few experienced engineers to help us build and improve our newly-launched virtual event platform, Arcivr Live. We’re a small, enthusiastic team, where everyone has a significant impact on everything from technical strategy to the bottom line. Our distributed team is dedicated to working collaboratively, making pragmatic decisions, and shipping often.\n\nOur current tech stack is React/TypeScript, Go, PostgreSQL, AWS. We all work on all parts of the stack, although we also specialize a little to suit our individual strengths and preferences.\n\nOur ideal candidate would have most of the following:\n\n\n* 5+ years experience writing software professionally\n\n* Significant experience working on web applications\n\n* Some experience with React\n\n* Knowledge of back-end development, ideally using Go, but alternatively with languages like Ruby, Python or Java\n\n* A penchant for automated testing\n\n* Some exposure to AWS\n\n\n\n\nOf course, everyone’s experience is different, and we all benefit from diversity. If you don’t have all of the above but still think you’d be a great fit for this role, please get in touch and tell us why.

When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. That is a scam! Posts that link to pages with "how to work online" are also scams. Don't use them or pay for them. Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in remote work are rampant, be careful! When clicking on the button to apply above, you will leave Remote OK and go to the job application page for that company outside this site. \nAs Arcivr's newest mobile developer you'll work with our small-but-growing team to shape and implement new features on our latest app, Ceremony. Specifically, you’ll lead development of the Android version of Ceremony alongside your iOS teammate. You’ll be responsible for:\n\n\n* Evolving Ceremony’s current feature set and building new features\n\n* Building and maintaining integrations with other applications\n\n* Measuring and improving application performance and reliability\n\n* Fixing bugs as they arise\n\n\n\n\nIf you love defining issues and crafting and implementing solutions quickly and often – let’s talk. If you’re a great theorist who prefers exploring endless options to committing code, this isn’t the right job. That said, we’re always happy to grab a beer and get theoretical!
