Note - you will be working remote for us, we prefer people in Asia as we are in Thailand and we like to work on matching time zones.\n\nAlso, please - no agencies or companies. We work directly with developers only.\n\nJigsaw Trading is a provider of trading education, trading platforms and advanced analytics. We are looking to add 2 more people to our team to work on our new charting module. This will be launched in July but that's just phase 1 and we see this as an area that will need permanent ongoing development work.\n\nWe are currently using a set of libraries called ChartIQ within our futures trading application. It's a set of HTML5/Javascript libraries that we have extensively customized.\n\nWhen we say "Financial Charts" - we mean the sort of charts used by people trading financial markets. This is financial time-series data. Candlestick charts, tick charts, market profile, footprint charts etc.\n\nWe need a developer to come on board - someone with both design and coding skills, to help us complete the project. Your skills should at least consist of:\n\n- Have knowledge of OOPS in JS.\n- Should be able to write test cases and good in debugging.\n- Knowledge of HTML Canvas is must i.e 2D and 3D both.\n- Worked on a charting library before which uses canvas.\n- Able to provide clear estimate based on conceptual design coding.\n\nThis means that for each major component we develop, we write a design first.\n\nRequirements come from us and you will be writing the design document. We don't want somebody that wants to be coding 100% of the time, we have to agree on the design approach first because performance is essential. We like to think before we code.\n\nWe have mostly completed the app but we have some bugs to sort out. The Javascript code is complex and is based on a set of libraries called "ChartIQ". We know how to extend ChartIQ but there's a number of issues with the existing code. This job is not for someone that has simply been designing simple websites. There is a lot of number-crunching and performance tuning required.\n\nThis person would be able to analyze the existing HTML5/JS code and help us design the last integrations to the other part of our app.\n\nWe would prefer someone that has done indicator/similar development on NinjaTrader, MultiCharts, Sierra Charts or some other mainstream platform. Someone that knows a Footprint chart from a Market Profile.\n\nThis will be an ongoing project, as we'll always be developing new types of charts to display.\n\nPlease quote a MONTHLY rate as this will be an ongoing project of at least 6 months.\n\nNote also - we aren't looking for an agency, we want to work with someone directly. This is not negotiable.\n\n# Responsibilities\n Design & Development based on our requirements. \n\n# Requirements\n- Have knowledge of OOPS in JS.\n- Should be able to write test cases and good in debugging.\n- Knowledge of HTML Canvas is must i.e 2D and 3D both.\n- Worked on a charting library before which uses canvas.\n- Able to provide clear estimate based on conceptual design coding. \n\n#Salary and compensation\nnegotiable/year\n\n\n#Location\n🌏 Worldwide

\nScalable Path is looking for a Frontend React and HTML5 Developer with Canvas/SVG experience to join the team and work on a client project. This is a remote, part-time position (approximately 4 hours/day).\n\nCLIENT COMPANY DESCRIPTION:\nThe client runs a podcast production web app that helps anyone to create their own podcast in the easiest way possible.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nYou will be creating an Audio Player and Editor Tool for use in a Podcast Creation Web App as the first primary task.\n\nThe aim of this project is to build an audio player and editor, in the browser, which will allow users to import audio, edit out mistakes, split their clips and layer music, and voice in a multitrack interface.\n\nThe client has a limited version of this functionality currently operating in their existing web app built on React and Node. They use the [Wavesurfer plugin](https://wavesurfer-js.org/) to play audio and to offer an audio editing interface.\n\nIt's good at a basic level, but there are a number of limitations which they're struggling with, detailed in this spec, so they'd like to either (a) build their own browser-based audio player tool to replace it, and improve upon it, or (b) fork the current wavesurfer version and build their own custom version to overcome the limitations. Wavesurfer is built in HTML5 Canvas, and it seems to be the best solution for this type of work, but the client is open to other ideas.\n\nThe stages of this project are as follows:\n\nV1 - Build their own player/editor, or an improved/forked wavesurfer, which replicates the functionality we already offer, right now.\n\nV2 - Expand what they can do with edit regions on the current single-track version of wavesurfer.\n\nV3 - Change how they do editing/production by building a multitrack version, which allows for 2 layered tracks and editing on both.\n\nRELATIONSHIPS - WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:\nWorking with the CEO on the overall approach, reporting to their Lead Engineer, and working with 3 other developers. The client is in the Europe/London (+01:00) BST time zone.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\n- React\n- HTML5 Canvas (or another web visualization framework live SVG)\n- CSS\n- Excellent written and spoken English\n- GIt\n\nDESIRED (NICE-TO-HAVE) SKILLS:\n- Node.js\n- Wavesurfer.js (or another audio player/editor library)\n\nSTART DATE:\nAs soon as possible.\n\nEXPECTED CONTRACT DURATION:\nOngoing\n\nHOURLY RATE:\n\nThe pay rate for this role is from $30 - $40 USD per hour, depending on experience and capability.

\nyou CAN apply for this job if you have your OWN TEAM, or you're an INDIVIDUAL. \n\n\nRemote work is okay, relocation is considered on a case-by-case basis.\n\nWe're hiring TWO to FIVE DEVELOPERS for a 3-6 month contract position.\n\nWe'll be creating the UX for bitcoin casinos which will hopefully stand for years to come and reach an audience of millions around the globe. \n\nWe need sharp minds who are not afraid to dive in for long coding sessions, get their hands dirty experimenting, and design an experience for customers that looks and feels like the future.\n\nWe'll be migrating to TypeScript and rewriting our Angular codebase, as well as re-connecting new game APIs in the front and back end.\n\nWe have selected CREATEJS, to craft our game experiences, with siimpler to reset our CSS and install the standard boilerplate, and we have selected SEMANTIC-UI.com as our front-end framework of choice.\n\n\n\nThe projects we are working on:\n1. New front-end for our customers, to a design spec.\n2. Back office upgrades to spec.\n3. MAHJONG and BACKGAMMON; multiplayer server w/mahjong game logic included. handles disconnects, etc. etc. \n4. 'Gamification', a unified auth provider that tracks achievements, challenges, XP, level-ups, etc. across all games, including 3rd party and poker.\n5. Integration micro-services cluster, takes our current monolith backend NODE APP and busts it up into microservices per-game or per-integration. This includes further integration with the existing providers, they have parts of their API for bonuses and campaigns/promos that we have not accessed yet. Bitcoin Exchange/Shapeshift integration included.\n6. LOTTERY Mobile app and services surrounding ticket tracking and payouts for the two US-based and 1 Europe-based lotteries.\n7. TEAM COLLAB application, communication, email, document collaboration, customer-service training, project and task management, using METEOR as a tool. Helps with animation planning, storyboards, user visit lifecycle\n2. full-stack developer who writes Angular and Typescript on the front-end and Node/Meteor/TypeScript on the backend. Implements most of the features, models, services etc. heavy lifting, not a designer in any sense, writes code to documented specs which he helps create.\n3. HTML5 animator, who can translate JSON data and game concepts into things like graphs, charts, dice animations, card animations. In addition, he writes all the markup for the site, and all the CSS. So, he's into D3, CreateJS and Canvas, but also knows how to write good form validation and create UIs to spec.\n4. UX Quality Assurance analyst, this person works very closely with the team members to make sure that the customer is well represented throughout the development cycle, and guarantees that code is human-tested and machine-tested. Probably a full-stack developer but not necessarily going to write a lot of code, since his job is primarily to decide which tests to write and make sure they get written by whoever.\n5.
