The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment, with stakeholders at all levels and can translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. \n\n\n\nHow you'll add value: \n* User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules etc. \n* Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports. \n* Sandbox environment management. \n* Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on user experience. \n* Identify unused or underutilized platform features. \n* Collaborate on R365’s Salesforce platform roadmap by working with the Salesforce team and stakeholders to define priorities. \n* Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders. \n* Data management to improve R365’s Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. \n* Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. \n* User support tickets through Salesforce Cases and Slack/Jira. \n* Monitor and improve user adoption. \n* New user and ongoing user training. \n* Technical documentation. \n* Working with integrated applications including Intacct, Clari, Salesloft, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Spiff, Marketo, Bizible, Gainsight, Pendo, Freshdesk etc. \n* Other duties as assigned. \n\n\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: \n* Valid Salesforce Certifications in the following: Administrator, Business Analyst. \n* 2+ years of Administrator experience on Salesforce & Force platforms. \n* Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment. \n* Designing scalable, best practice solutions. \n* Excellent relationship-building skills. \n* Translating requirements into technical solutions. \n* Experience in change management and governance. \n* Training end users and key stakeholders. \n* Proven ability in producing technical documentation. \n* Available and responsive to questions. \n* Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. \n* Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, monday.com, etc. \n* Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred. \n* Experience working with Apex Code and custom Apex Classes preferred. \n* Experience with managed packages and AppExchange preferred. \n* Experience with CPQ preferred. \n* Pacific Time Zone working hours preferred. \n\n\n\nR365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation\n* This position has a salary range of $100K-$110K per year.
