This highly visible role will require dynamic interactions with Kraken’s OTC trading desk, Gateway Operations, Account Managers/CE, and Finance providing active solutions to manage the firm's clearing, settlement, and funding needs.\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\n* Facilitate treasury and cash management functions including but not limited to rebalancing of fiat and crypto accounts and various types of internal funding requests\n\n* Manage end to end OTC settlement requests, efficiently processing payables and receivables via bank wire and crypto transactions.\n\n* Provide the OTC business with best in class customer service experience by meeting and exceeding SLAs for settlements and inquiry response times\n\n* Coordinate with global team members to monitor thresholds and execute payments to rebalance operating and custodial assets\n\n* Research and resolution of financial and non-financial inquiries received via internal/external messaging systems\n\n* Execute on established procedures and provide recommendations to improve processes as a subject matter expert\n\n* Maintain productive working relationships with our banking partners, operations teams, product, management, dev ops, and other stakeholders\n\n* Maintain accurate and up-to-date treasury records and documentation\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n\n* At least 4 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance roles\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field\n\n* Ability to work fully remote supporting the APAC time zone\n\n* Intermediate understanding of Bitcoin and digital assets infrastructure and markets \n\n* Intermediate skill level in Excel/Google Sheets\n\n* Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving and volatile environment with very little supervision\n\n* Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with folks from different departments at all levels\n\n* Goal-getter with a track record of exceeding expectations\n\n* Advanced SQL skills to extract data from databases for analysis\n\n* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make sense of data to drive actionable decisions\n\n* Must be able to work on at least 2 weekends a month\n\n\nWe’re powered by people from around the world with their own unique and diverse experiences.
