Every company that operates real-time data could do it with Apache Kafka.\n\nThe Job\n\nThe Job We are seeking a highly motivated versatile Acquisition Marketing Specialist to support our global growth through best-class bottom-up marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for marketing, technology, and Data. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in B2B SaaS company and want to take on responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working for a growing technology company in a dynamic and fast global environment. We’re looking for someone that can take responsibilities and ownership.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nGeneral\n\nGrow our online sales by increasing the conversion from the free version to the paid one.\nUnderstand what a visitor/end-user downloading our free version needs to switch to our paid version.\n\nHubspot\n\n- Manage and own Hubspot platform to develop, execute and optimize drip campaigns, nurturing leads from impressions through acquisition\n- Build programs that support & drive leads into the sales funnel.\n- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks\n\nWebsite:\n\n- Partners with executives to create detailed requirements for the build and implementation of the website architecture. This includes understanding the corporate strategy, future corporate direction, current commercial goals, brand guidelines, and tactical functional needs and crafting an overarching strategic plan that takes the above into consideration.\n- Ensure that the organization has the website support required for success on a daily basis. Define specific project requirements for the web development\n- Translates complex functional, technical, and business requirements into website strategies and plans that will most effectively and efficiently achieve business goals\n\nPaid acquisition\n\n- Start a paid acquisition strategy. Today our whole acquisition is free. Keep in mind an efficiency targets for the ratio of paid spend against projected customer lifetime value\n- Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.\n\nWhat skills & experience do you need?\n\n- 4 years marketing experience in a DEV TOOLS company\n- Autonomous, expert-level marketer with the ability to build programs and teams from the ground up\n- Depth in full-funnel marketing initiatives and a performance marketing approach\n- Ability to manage multiple projects at various levels of scale\n- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills\n- Flexible and can adapt to fast-moving, agile team\n- Strong project management skills\n- Self-starter, dynamic, proactive, get things done attitude\n- Experience in Apache Kafka ecosystem is preferred, but not required \n\n#Salary and compensation\n$80,000 — $120,000/year\n\n\n#Location\n🌏 Worldwide
