Your Impact\nHandshake is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a growing Employer engineering team. In this role, you will be leading the development of Handshakeโs Employer-side features by scaling our enterprise offering and implementing features to enable data-driven recruiting for entry level (college) talent. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can lead, grow, and mentor the engineers building our Employer-side products.\nYour Role\nWe're focusing on innovating Handshakeโs core experience for employers, while constantly improving our technical foundation and user experience.
