This is a client-facing role that requires being able to balance multiple projects, priorities, and detail while cultivating a trusted relationship with the university partner.\nResponsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:\n\nProcess Development and Improvement\n\n\nThink critically and strategically about current processes, systems and relationships and identify possible issues before they become issues\n\nManage and create workflow, processes and documentation between systems and groups\n\n\n\n\nProject Management\n\n\nDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the team – update and adapt to changes as needed\n\nSet and continually manage and communicate project expectations within team\n\nPrioritize requests and escalate as required to senior management\n\nIdentify and troubleshoot problem areas\n\nConduct project post mortems and creating recommendation reports\n\n\n\n\nDrive Growth\n\n\nAlong with the GM, develop, review, update and implement strategic planning; this includes marketing/sales, support services and curriculum development\n\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and growth within the programs\n\nThink creatively and drive initiatives from inception to implementation\n\nWork collaboratively with 2U departments to launch new initiatives\n\n\n\n\nStakeholder Management\n\n\nPartner with Dean level, as well as other leadership at the school and across the school to ensure program success\n\nEffectively build and manage relationships with the university for the programs under the role’s purview; act as the relationship manager for 2U on those programs and leverage the relationship to assist with maintaining efficient operational processes\n\nEffectively communicate all relevant information to various stakeholders within 2U and with the school\n\nUnderstand complex programs, processes and organizational structures and be able to function effectively within them\n\nMatrix manage internal partners responsible for other operational areas associated with the program (e.g. marketing and technology)\n\n\n\n\nReporting, Budgeting & Revenue/Invoice Reconciliation\n\n\nPerform data analysis and compilation for tracking and reporting purposes\n\nCompile various reports, PPT’s and other materials for reporting program information to various stakeholders\n\nManage oversight of budgets and ensure spending within targets, identifying sources of variance and potential remedies or opportunities\n\nProvide financial oversight  in the development and tracking of program budgets, including but not limited to reconciliation, reporting, and understanding of variances\n\n\n\n\nOther\n\n\nHandle additional operational and administrative tasks as needed\n\n\n\nThings That Should Be In Your Background:\n\n\nBachelor’s degree required\n\nSpanish Fluency\n\n6-8 years experience, with roles in operations or project management\n\nStrong relationship management skills\n\nStrong project management skills essential\n\nExcellent computer skills (MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office inclusive of Word, Excel & PowerPoint)\n\n\n\nOther Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:\n\n\nAbility to execute work based on objectives rather than explicit instructions\n\nFocused on achieving defined results, and exceeding goals and objectives\n\nAbility to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment\n\nEnthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change\n\nStrong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines and excellent follow through\n\nMust be able to manage multiple competing priorities effectively\n\nAbility to think critically and identify potential issues before they arise\n\n\n\nAbout 2U Inc.
